Workers are disrespectful. I was selling a ps3 super slim 12 gb on Craigslist. She wanted to go test the game at GameStop which was fine by me. Not only did they stoled my costumer by trying to make them buy something from there. But they even LIED by saying that the PS3 version that I had does not get extra space hard drives. When I look up the hard drives (which I did before) most stores sold them for 29.99. I was selling my ps3 for 50 but since she was far she agreed to do a extra 10 for gas. So 60.00 plus the 29.99 = 89.99 she could have gotten MORE space and less of a price THEN what she bought from GameStop because she was getting confused when I told her you can only play like one game but can play even more if she bought a hard drive. So idk, she may bought the 160 one for 139.99 and the 80 gb refurbished is 89.99 too. But if she added the hard drive it would have been more space than that. Because she was SO concerned about the space. Anyways, I advise dont go to this GameStop, they are sneaky and they OWE me gas money!

The guys who work here are very knowledgeable and very patient. We always seem to come in when Carl is working and must say that he has wonderful customer service and awesome patience! He is always very patient with my son who is 10 and asks a ton of questions. I highly recommend this GameStop!

Worst customer service ever. Refused to honor warranty on a faulty system. Ended up having to go to another store because the manager wouldnt do his job.
