JD Electronics is a group of people who understand people and how they work with their computers. They are extremely personable and are very time efficient. I was unable to work from my laptop because of annoyingly slow computer speeds and they were able to diagnose a failing hard drive, replace with a cost efficient new one and had me feeling like i had a brand new computer again. My macbook was really having issues. It was so slow and pop ups were happening on every webpage. I didnt think Macs got viruses! Im so thankful for the quick and helpful work from the team at JD Electronics. They were quick to diagnose my MacBooks problems and completely removed all viruses that it had and it was up and running, good as new within 2 days of dropping it off. Excellent service!
