This will be my first ever Google review and i hope it helps The team of people were great, however the results were not. A gentleman was getting his truck worked on at the same time as me and they ended up messing up his xm radio where the truck no longer recognize it even existed. His words were " it wont show up, not even on the screen like it never exsisted." Which made me worry because my truck was still in back. They pulled his truck back, tweaked it it worked he left. 5 mins later he comes back and now his digital gas meter is not working on his dash it was telling him that he truck was on E. When I got mine back, the guy pulled up and it sounded good. I went in to pay and camr back outside, when I turned the car back on no sub was booming. Just a pulsing sound from the subs every 10 secs or so. So they brought it back in, "tweaked" something and eventually it sounded good again brought it back out. Once the guy opened the door he said hold on, and the brand new subs they put in blew. They again pulled it back around and somehow I get blamed for turning the bass all the way up on my system. Keep in mind after siting in the store for 3 hours I was only in my vehicle for 5 mins tops out of the (two times they brought it back out). So again they took it back a 3rd time swapped the speaker/sub and it was working again. I tested everything. Lowered the base and drove home fine. 30 mins later hop back in my car to run an errand and that same pulse is back. This time I wanted to check everything. So I started panning my system and listening. Turns out my left front dash speaker is blown my factory bass only plays when panned in the right zones. I have a factory 7 speaker bose system. Which only 1 is blown and 5 others are working. Yes that means 1 speaker is not working (my center dash speaker) I will be returning on Monday to receive a full refund for my system. They are nice people but I was not satisfied with the service. Please excuse any typos I wrote this in my phone

If you are like me, you usually check reviews on business establishments before spending your hard earned dollars on rewarding yourself with a new system for your car. After many references, and reading some pretty great reviews I decided to give these guys a shot. I would just like to say WOW I was seriously impressed. These guys were absolutely amazing! First off, working in retail I tend to be very observant of customer service, for a shop like this to display such excellent manner and professionalism it sort of threw me off. Honestly Im so use to being rushed and intimidated by sales rep trying to push their products on me. But this was not the case, the staff here were extremely educated about just about everything when it came to my questions and concern. Second, I loved that they went above and beyond for me.(I wont go into what exactly happen its too long) but These are redeemable qualities I look for when doing business. Truly made my day knowing that Im not just leaving my main vehicle in the hands of some strange place where literally anyone can do malicious things like stealing parts or rigging my whip. Last off, the quality of the products here are some of the top tier products on the market, and I love that they dont. Charge me an arm and a leg for it. Way to stay true to great quality and being a great contender with your competition. In conclusion I was very impressed with my service here. I will definitely check these guys out in the future! The north approves!

i was told by tiger glass tinting that they were as good as monster custom but my gut said something was off but tiger glass and my family been in biz and friends for while so i trusted them . i wanted to get my two 12" kicker comp r subs and kicker amp and my capacitor they said was gona be 3 hrs it turned into over 5 hrs and still wasnt done right i had to bring it back 3 times to have issues fixed and then the last time the owner had attuide because i gave him audio advice on wat i say on google for my car and it went down hill from there the son who works there is a cool dude if he had his own show and not with owner i would go but i asked for refund he told me to leave and got in my face like he wanted to box but did nuttin but rant and rav . the store is a joke and over priced save your money go to monster or car tun. there store set up is stuff layin all over floor like a flee market and glass displayes with lights and wireing hanging around . there waiting room is size of a shoe box and has weird stuff on the tv everytime you go there magnet phone holders are way over prices they charge 50 when there online for 20 . and the are middle eastern they dont care about any of there custmers i got my money back threw my credit card thank god saved me from small clams court

My dodge charger SRT needed a complete new sound system. I gave them a budget, $1000, and they told me it would be fine and I would have a great system. I was okay with paying more initially, but I was told my initial investment would do the job. After leaving the car there for 10 hours, I had a friend pick it up. Upon hearing the system, it was apparent that something was wrong. The entire system sounds just terrible. The 12inch sub was bouncing around in my trunk with nothing to hold it down. An ABSURD amount of crappy bass comes from my door speakers. And a foot print was on my sub in the back. I called them, and they told me I needed another $700 to make my car sound good. Personally, I dont want them messing around in my car anymore. The manager was on vacation, and never once thought to reach out to me like I had asked.

I have worked with them on two different cars. What I will say "Good Luck". For sure the est. of time they give you will be off by more than 2 hour. So if they tell yo it will take 3 hours, add 3 hours. As well test everything. I might do you well to read over the manual as they do the install. Because if you are like me, you will drive the 40 miles home, only to find out something is not working as it is documented. I have made up my mind. I would rather pay the higher cost knowing that my system is working, that to make a number of return trips hoping they get it right this time. I wont be returning. I gave them two stars only because, they might get it right the first time. But I have yet to have that be the case.

Mo will get you right.... i brought in my 2014 chevy camaro here to get my sound system replaced. After the chevy dealer tried to make me pay 1000 for another ugly factory radio. It took a lil time to get everything perfect but mo worked with me and gave me a great deal on a set of kicker subs and the pioneer 4200nex. Even threw in some additional pieces for me have all the features. Great place and even better people.. if youre in Lawrenceville or Duluth and need to get your music or anything with your car right come here. Great customer service
