Juan runs a good business and really knows his stuff. I brought in a 2009 Nissan in with a defective rear backing camera, for which I had already shelled out close to $300 for two other mechanics to troubleshoot who couldnt find the problem. The dealership said the camera module is bad and wanted ~$1500 to replace it. When I took it to Juan he was able to look at it within 20 minutes of my arrival and gave me a diagnosis within about an hour. Juans diagnosis and estimate are free, which was a relief after my previous experience. He had to take apart most of the cargo area to find the camera module and he determined that it had some water damage. Instead of having to buy a replacement, though, Juan was able to do component-level diagnosis and replace only the electronic components needed. This was very impressive to me - it takes someone with real know-how to do that - and it saved me at least $60-100 versus buying a new one. Overall it was 3-4 hours of labor and some minor parts and the total was $300. Not a bargain, but now the camera works and I just wish I had gone to Hi-Tech first before sinking all the money in other failed attempts to repair it! I highly recommend Hi-Tech Electronics repair and Juan is a good businessman.

Fast, polite, professional and courteous! Greeted me immediately upon walking in, successfully answered all my questions, quickly identified my electrical audio problem and strove to solve it while I waited. Showed me the utmost respect while working, always asking permission before opening any auto compartment. Was polite and courteous to my family while finishing the repair. Once complete, walked me through the repair identifying the problem and showing how the repair was made. I left completely satisfied! The experience was UNBELIEVABLE! The dealer wanted $1100.00 to fix my radio(BMW 5 Series). My mechanic quoted me $750.00 for the same repair. Another shop told me that it could take up to 3 hours to analyze the problem @ $60.00/hr. and then they could provide an estimate for me. I talked to Juan and he said he could analyze my problem in 20 minutes and then he could provide me with an estimate. Well believe it...Juan analyzed the problem in 10 minutes and had the problem fixed 5 minutes later for less than $150.00! Whats even more important, it wasnt the radio that was bad, it was another part. Juan and Hi-Tech Electronics is a great place to have your car audio repaired.

Just a note to let you know that this business has moved. Just drive past the old location and turn left on Cruse Road. Its not far and on the left in a strip shopping center. I had a radio replaced and the work done was excellent - both in performance and appearance. I selected this place based on the other reviews - all were glowing - and now I can see why. Id feel easy recommending this place to anyone.

Juan and his staff are the greatest my radio was not working and the Mercedes dealership would have changed me an arm and leg, just to diagnosis the problem. it only took Juan 15 minutes to tell me what was wrong, and he gave me three options on what I can do, of course I went with the better one which cost me less. HI Tech has my business!! Will recommend to family and friends

Audio alternative was charging me $80 to replace a fuse in my speaker every-time it stopped working and would take 2 weeks before I could pick it up. These guys charged me $5 to fix the actual problem and only took 5 minutes, which wasnt even the fuse!!! Im taking all my electronics to these guys from now on! Professional here at Hi-Tech.

Juan is true pro. My Lexus dashboard display failed and Hi Tech did a great job getting it up and running. Any other repair job would have gave up and just said you need to order a whole new display. Juan stuck with it and figured it out. He went the extra mile and they saved me a lot of money. Good value and they know their stuff.

Wow! The guys at HI Tech electronics repair are great! They fixed my mitsubishi 55 inch big screen tv after 2 other shops told me to throw it away because it would not be worth fixing. And the best part is they fixed it for less that it would have cost to buy a 20 inch tv. the picture looks like new! THANKS !
