One star is the lowest I can give this store. My opinion is this is a sad sad store. The deli is even sadder. I stop in here often, on my way home from work, went to deli for take out food. More people working there than I have ever seen, and NO one seemed to know what they were doing. It certainly was not their interest in serving customers. A long line of 4 customers with grocery carts were already waiting. One young lady working the hot food bar. After I worked my way up to the counter, gave my order, I waited, the young lady seemed not interested in helping, several ladies in the back were calling to the top of their lungs for additional assistance on the hot food. Fried chicken, white meat, green beans, mashed potatoes, cornbread. Simple, the fried chicken is usually always available. My server placed a small spoon of mashed potatoes which were mixed with peaches from the peach cobbler. When I called her attention to it, she scooped the peaches out of the potatoes with her hand. Moving forward she placed a small portion of green beans on the first plate, which appeared to be the last green beans in the juice. I asked her for more green beans on the plate. She went back to the same pan and began to fish out beans one at the time with a slotted spoon and placed them on the plate. Then the second plate, identical to the first. She still went back to the same green bean pan, fishing out one, two, three and so beans to make a pitifully small portion. I told her I needed more beans on the plate, she then called back to the kitchen and a lady brought a pan of green beans and poured them into the pan. That lady then looked me in the eye and made the comment “it isn’t a good idea to pick on a person when their, mother is here.” I never discovered what she meant. I said to her, “I don’t know what you mean but this service is terrible.” Then my server turned around a began a conversation with another employee, ignoring me, and cutting their eyes around at me every few seconds. Everyone in the deli looked amused, as if to say “that is the way to treat a customer.” When I checked out, I asked to speak with a manager, a lady appeared, I explained what had happened, and she said “this isn’t good.” “I will see what is going on.” I paid and left the store. The more people they have working there in the deli, the worse the service gets. Go figure. Go into this store with a pleasant attitude, and you will come out so stressed you will think you are going to have a heart attack.

We ordered our weeding cake here. The morning of the wedding we go to pick up the cake and they "forgot" to make our cake. The manager tells us if we come back in a few hours it would be 1/2 price. Ummm... It should have been free and delivered. The wedding was not close and we had talked to the baker 2 different times about our cake and gave them a 2 week notice on needing it. I mean really!?!?!?

Nice, clean, pleasent place to eat and buy groceries, but most of all the prices!!! Where else can you eat 1 meat and 2 sides for $5.00?? Now where around here!!! Its great! I can eat a good home cooked meal and then buy my groceries all in one place and save $$$$ Ingels have the best deals around!!!

I live in Hogansville, and am sad that this store is so terrible. Not only are their prices ridiculously high, but the employees are beyond rude. My only other option is piggly wiggly, which is not great but better than ingles. Really sucks they dont have anything better here.

I WENT INSIDE THIS STORE LATE TUESDAY NIGHT LEAVING FROM A LONG DRIVE FROM COLUMBUS GA VISITING MY HUSBAND. GRABBING SOME THINGS FOR MY EXTENDED FAMILY AND I WHILE I VISITED GA! IN PASSING GOING BACK TO TENNESSEE. I NEVER EXPERIENCED THE RUDE AND DISRESPECT IN RETAIL.

This store is reasonably priced. Isles are clean and the staff is professional. Bathrooms are spotless. Parking lot is well maintained and they stay open late until 11 p.m.. Make sure you use the left door after either 8 or 9 p.m. as they lock the other one.

My first time getting a meal at Ingles. It wss so good. The chicken was a little dry but luckily I like it a little dry, mac & cheese was great, what topped it of wss the delicious peach cobbler. All for $5.35. Cant beat that.

Great store. Friendly and helpful employees. Very clean bathrooms! Great selections in this Ingles. The deli and bakery are wonderful. Hot home cooked meals (love the fried chicken) or tasty sub sandwich! You cant go wrong!

I actually like this grocery store. Its country in a good way, country cooking and alot stuff i dont find at my other markets. I also work in the store so its basically a convenience store. Overall i do recommend!

Store is clean and good selection. Meat selection is small but produce is normally fresh. The bakery and deli are the best part of the store. They also have a nice wine selection. Redbox is located inside as well.

Great products, great deli(breakfast) and the worlds best sweet tea from the BEACON(restaurant in Spartanburg SC),at least in Woodbury Georgia, the best Ingles in the world, wish we had one in Columbus Georgia!
