DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I do not leave negative reviews. In fact, this is my first one. But this business does not deserve to have their doors open. The staff at Prom USA instructed me to order my bridesmaid dress 2 sizes larger than my usual size because the dress I was ordering "runs small" and when I got my dress, I could have fit 2 of me in my dress. Because my dress had to be altered so drastically, I had to pay an additional $75. When I contacted the owner of Prom USA he told me that there was "nothing he could do" because he needed proof that it was too big and he could not "just take my word that I wasnt lying." I explained to him that I live out of state and was unable to try the dress on in store because I had to have someone else pick up my dress and mail it to me in order to have it altered in time. He did not care. To say I am disgusted with this business would be putting it nicely. If you are looking to avoid stress, do not shop here. If you like to be treated with respect, definitely DO NOT SHOP HERE.

What a fantastic store! Over the last 4 years my daughter and I have purchased 5 prom/formal dresses and tons of accessories from Prom USA. We will not shop anywhere else! The customer service is top notch and all of the employees were so helpful. We had to special order a dress and to be honest I was very nervous; but my daughter was professionally measured and the dress arrived and fit perfectly! I cant say enough wonderful things about this store. Thank you Prom USA for providing great dresses and great customer service in my hometown!

Rating things is something I RARELY do. I HAD to log on and give Prom USA a five star, I would give them 364247 but Google wont let me. Long story short I needed a bridesmaids dress in a very specific color and pattern within two weeks, I was stressing to say the least. Megan and other Prom USA ladies are a God send! I cannot say enough great things about these ladies. They calmed my nerves AND found me the perfect dress!!! THANK YOU and Im glad you are in our community!!!!

Prom USA is always my go to place for any formal occasion. I have bought multiple dresses from them. All my prom dresses from High School. All three weddings I have been in we bought our dresses from them. They always stay up to date with styles and designers. Making sure you have all the best options available. Great company! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I will continue to use them and refer them to everyone!

We were so excited to be able to find my step moms bridal gown, bridesmaid dresses, and even my dads tux for their wedding here as well! Their staff takes customer service to the next level. I choose my wedding dress here today and was extremely happy with the professional and kind sales people. You can tell this is a solid family business from the second you start talking to an associate. Good service is so rare these days, I feel it is important to recognize! The selection of dresses was amazing as well - I am very picky but managed to find my dress in under 2 hours. Highly recommend.

The store was exactly what I was looking for. This store has so many dresses and wide selection. The staff doesnt usually talk to you because their busy doing their own thing. But I really recommend going here vs the mall. Grab 3 or 4 dresses because the dressing room on certain days are busy. And after tons of stores and not finding what I want , I went here and got the dress I wanted.

During your wedding season you want people who care about you and your wedding and make everything as seem less as possible - the staff at Prom USA are more then caring and generous and have made our wedding season beyond amazing. Bought all my prom dresses from Prom USA and even went back to buy my wedding dress. They found my absolute perfect dress! I took all 7 of my bridesmaids here and they were so awesome helping me find each one of my girls their perfect dresses too! I will forever buy all of my formal dresses from this store. The owner of this store is horrible. I will never shop here again!!!! I bought a veil for my wedding dress and when I got home it just didnt work well. I called to see if I could exchange it for something different. His first response who would you buy a veil without knowing if it would match. I dont recommend anyone shopping at this horrible place.

before i went to the store i look at some of the reviews and thought since they said it was bad, i wasnt going to like it. but i actually bought a dress today from this store. as soon as i got into the store they started helping em right away, they made me feel so welcoming. best junior prom dressing experience ever.

This place is awful. Very small dress selection and workers do not try to help people. The lady made me feel rushed inside my dressing room and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They have to work on customer service and having more things for different body shapes...waste of time to look for my prom dress there
