Lets start this at the beginning.... I went to this store looking for my wedding dress. I tried on one dress and was done! I picked a beautiful lace natural waist gown with scalloped sweetheart neckline and scalloping along the bottom. Now being a very short girl any formal gowns I purchased have to be hemmed, there is no way around it. Even if it had been possible to order the dress in a shorter length it would still need to be hemmed. So I asked if the alterations I needed were possible. I was told that the lace on my dress was a lace applique and that it would come off of the dress allowing the part underneath to be hemmed normally, the applique could simply be brought up and bam done deal. Hearing that the alterations were going to be exceedingly simple I asked for the price and was on my way. I came back with my mother two weeks later and paid the required deposit to have the dress ordered. Because I am marrying a man in the military she suggested that we have it rushed just in case the date needed to be changed so that way the dress would be here no matter what. I agreed and we ordered the dress. My dress had an "arrival date" of April 24th, great news, right? Well after a few things came up the wedding had to moved up significantly we picked a date three weeks after the date my dress would arrive to allow my personal seamstress time to alter the dress. April 24th rolls around, no call. So the following Monday I gave the store a call to check on the dress. The girl on the phone tells me that it was supposed to be there, but due to the storms they were expecting it to be delayed a few days. That answer was completely fine with, that was something that they could not control. So Wednesday 29th hits, still no call. I called the store to see if they could track the dress to see where it was in route so I could get some peace of mind and make an appointment with my seamstress to get my alterations started. The girl on the phone says " oh, no. The 24th was the ship date." How did at least three people tell me it would be here on the 24th and tell me it should have been there when I called after the "arrival date" but suddenly that was the day it was leaving the factory?? I explained that my wedding date had changed and we had based it off the arrival date I was given for my dress. She says she is going to call the factory and find out when it will be here. At this point Im in tears, so when they called back my mother talked to them. My arrival date is actually May 5th. I called my seamstress and she said she would make it work for me. (she is truly an angel) My dress came in I tried it on and inspected it before I left the store, looked good so I left and was on my way to see my seamstress. Youd think this is where things start going right, but youd be wrong. I finally was able to see my seamstress yesterday and when I saw her face I knew something was horribly wrong. I had been told that the lace on my dress was a lace applique and that it would come off of the dress allowing the part underneath to be hemmed normally, the applique could simply be brought up. NO!!!!! THE LACE IS A LACE SHEATH AND CANNOT BE ALTERED AS I HAD BEEN TOLD!! With the scalloped sweetheart neckline and scalloping along the bottom either way she could try to take it up I would loose the detail at the bottom or the top. MY DRESS IS CURRENTLY BEING TAKEN APART COMPLETELY AND CUT IN HALF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the only way it could be made shorter. This wonderful woman altering my dress has to take the zipper out all the boning and cut the dress in half taking my natural waist gown and making it into and empire shape gown (where there is an obvious seam in the middle) and my wedding is in 8 days... Thank god I bought a belt that will cover the seam but I have been lied to constantly about my dress from this shop. They will say anything to make a sale and once they have your money they do not care a thing about you.

The ladies at Bridal Elegance made my dress shopping experience like no other! Ive been to many shops... I WAS TREATED LIKE A PRINCESS HERE! They brought me everything I needed... and (unlike other shops) they let me take pictures in each of the gowns! They had a nice selection and I got an amazing deal on my dress! It is definitely THE ONE! I HIGHLY recommend Bridal Elegance!!! Those ladies are AWESOME!!!

Horrible experience. My bridesmaids dresses got here the week before the wedding. Not only did they get here at the last minute they were the wrong dresses we picked out to order. Luckily they were the right color. The staff was very rude when ever we called up or went in to ask about the dresses. If you want your dress/dresses on time I wouldnt come here.

If you need your things on time I wouldnt depend on them. Ive had to go 3 times and my dress still isnt right my wedding is sat I have to go back tmrw and hope it finally fits. On top of paying 650 for a dress and rented tuxedos I have to pay 75 or more to get my dress altered.

Shannon must be confussed with some other store because the ladies there are great!!! They provided me with great service and a selection like no other. They will go above and beyond to treat you like a princess!!! Highly recommended so go check them out!!!!

LOVE this store. I recently visited Bridal Elegance and I was very impressed by their friendly and helpful staff! Miss Wynette is absolutely the best and goes above and beyond to please her customers. I will definitely be returning in the future!
