I chose to go look at dresses at Encore Formals and Bridal for two reasons. The first reason was because I had seen the really great reviews that Encore Formals and Bridal had, and my second reason was because they had the designer that I had wanted. I had checked with other bridal shops who did not carry Sophia Tolli dresses and I was ecstatic to find out that Encore Formals and Bridals did! They carried the same exact dress that I had looked at for so many years. That dress did not work out for me, however Ms. Kathy was extremely patient with me and she really took the time to get a feel for what I was looking for in a wedding dress. I was overjoyed to be able to find the perfect dress for me and it only took me one stop, at one store, on one day. I got the wedding dress of my dreams that fits me like a glove. Every single person that I dealt with at Encore Formals and Bridal were so very nice and so very helpful. Although my dress fit me like a glove for the most part, I still had to have it taken up a lot due to the fact that I am so short. I decided that since I had such an amazing experience with everyone at Encore so far that I would have my dress taken up there as well. Margarita made the dress altering experience such a breeze. I had to have several inches taken off of my very detailed dress. Margarita did such a beautiful job with everything that she did and when I went in for my second (which was also my last) dress fitting the dress fit me like a glove like it was made for me. You could not even tell that so much had to be taken up. Margarita even surprised me with a triple French bustle in which I found to be absolutely stunning, it took my breath away. I cannot thank Ms. Kathy, Margarita and everyone else at Encore Formals & Bridal enough for all of their help and hard work they put into making this a very memorable and wonderful experience. WOW! My experience here was truly amazing. My sister got married in the summer of 2015 and got her dress from here and she also had a wonderful experience. We actually left from there to go to Davids Bridal since she already had the appointment booked. After 10 minutes we came straight back to purchase the dress from Encore. I just got engaged in August of 2015 and am getting married next summer. Of course I made an appointment at Encore and another place in Atlanta for the next day. My experience at Encore was truly amazing. Kathy immediately greeted me, my sister, mother and grandmother like she had known us for years! She remembered my sister too and she was so excited to see pictures from her wedding. I found the most stunning gown that night but like my sister, had an appointment booked the next day at another place which I felt I needed to follow through and show up for. I immediately called Kathy as soon as I left that place and came by later that day with my mom to purchase my wedding gown at Encore! Overall, it blew every place out of the water me and my sister had gone to! I truly felt like I was the only bride in the world trying on gowns and thats how it should feel. I wasnt rushed. I wasnt pressured. It was just wonderful! Kathys alterations specialist, Julia, is awesome too! Always so friendly and helpful! Just love them!

The day I went to Encore and found my wedding dress truly inhabited some of the best memories of my life. Im a sentimentalist naturally, yet the process of finding my dress was even more beautiful than I originally dreamed. As I booked my appointment, Lea spoke with an unforgettable level of enthusiasm and support, and this sentiment continued on through the date. The day of, Lea showed the upmost level of kindness, patience. and expertise. She gave me advise on silhouettes and material, yet consistently acknowledged the importance of pursuing a dress that captured my personality and made me feel most beautiful. I had my eye on a tea rose and ivory dress throughout my entire appointment and it was Lea who encouraged me to go for it. She challenged me to not let myself see the dress in the mirror until I could get the full-effect. After finally being able to peek the floodgates opened and I knew it was the one!!! Thank you, Lea, for contributing so heavily to such a beautiful moment, for encouraging me, and for staying so late to make it happen!! And thank you, Encore, for having the best selection of beautiful dresses and ultimately, the dress and veil that I will be overjoyed to wear on my wedding day!!!

The ladies at Encore Bridal were very friendly and professional. In fact, no other bridal store compared! This was the first bridal store that I went to. I tried on many beautiful dresses. They were very patient and showed the highest level of engagement without pressure. I had already made an appointment at Davids Bridal that same day, so I left to see what my options were there. What a mistake! Davids bridal could not compare with personal service nor the dress selection. I ended up calling Kathy (the owner) back that same day. She agreed to stay late after regular business hours, so that I could purchase the dress that I loved! They were so kind and truly genuine. Thank you for making this experience so wonderful and with no stress! I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for a wedding gown.

I was born and raised in Kennesaw (now live in CO), so I decided to come home to shop for my wedding dress with my family. I scheduled an appointment with Encore not knowing what to expect. It was my first day shopping and the first appointment of the day. The shop is very cute and they have a GREAT selection of dresses. Lindsey helped us out that day and she was amazing to work with. She understood what I was looking for made sure to pin the dresses perfectly so I could really see what they would look like after alterations. It was a "private" event, rather than feeling like you were being herded and rushed. I would absolutely recommend working with Encore. I went to two other appointments that day, but came back to Encore and purchased my wedding dress. Wonderful experience!! Thank you :)

Ok, so let me start by saying that over the past few months me and my best friend have been in and out of ALOT of bridal shops. We found this particular one on a whim and called. They were very nice and said we could come even though we didnt have an appointment. After entering, we were amazed at how helpful and nice the associates were. Rose and Lea were absolutly amazing!! Not only did my best friend find the perfect wedding gown, she was treated like a princess. They even worked with her on price and a few customizations!! I recommend this shop over any shop I went too. Also, they have wedding, bridesmaid, and even prom dresses. BEAUTIFUL ONES!!! Definitely one to put on your list if looking for a dress!!! :)

Lea was a dream! I set an appointment for a Saturday afternoon to visit the store. I spoke to Lea prior to my visit and told her of the specific dresses I was looking to try on and she made sure she had them readily available for me. While trying on the dresses, she was very sweet and made certain I felt comfortable without feeling exposed. She shared her opinion without being pushy or overbearing. Not once did I feel like she was just saying the dress looked good for the sale. She was very helpful with suggesting similar styles. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air. This is how I had always imagined trying on wedding dresses to be. You made my experience. Thank you again for being sooo amazing!
