DO NOT GO HERE...The Service Manager Danny is horrible, sarcastic and just down right RUDE! I wish Rob was still there as he knew how to treat customers! Danny AND the OWNER Barry are just horrible! They do NOT know how to treat customers and I wish there was negative stars one could select to rate these two morons!!! I saw Danny interact with a client and was just thrown off my feet to see him talk to someone like that and even made comments to the workers around who were looking in disbelief. He basically talked to a senior citizen as if the guy was a retard in front of his wife and other customers! Totally rude, unprofessional and uncalled for - they do NOT deserve my money!!!

Douglasville Ace Hardware has the competition beat, hands down. I know, I have tried all the competition. Ace is faster. Ace is better priced. Ace knows I am a commercial operator and they get me in and out, fast. Ace is personable, in the front of the house and the back of the house. Ace has a great customer care system. The bottom line.. I can buy lawn care equipment in a lot of places but I cant get this level of superior customer service. Thanks to Stan and Andy. BlackRock Property Services.

Sales person did not know what a load binder was. Put me on hold 5 times while he went to get one peice of information at a time. I hung up when he put me on hold to go back "again" and get a price. I expect that level of ineptitude from a kid, but the man was 60s or more.

I have to say that these guys truly live up the Ace brand slogan of being your neighborhood helpful place. The staff is knowledgable are always ready to help. The store is a big supporter of the community as well, including Operation Christmas and the Boys & Girls club.

Just wanted give a big Shout Out to Stan, he help me pick out my zero turn mower, extremely knowledgeable. He had it serviced and cleaned loaded on my trailer and gave me a lot of information I would not have received at a dept store. thanks again Stan!!

I love this place. I service all my mowers and Stihl equipment there. Very fair people to do business with. I also buy garden plants from them in the spring. Great selection. They put big box stores to shame with great customer service.
