My husband has wide feet, and we went to look for new ski boots to rent or buy since its been years since we last went. The first salesman tried a single boot, then simply ignored us. Another salesman tried to help out when he saw that, but after measuring my husbands foot at 109 said they didnt make a boot big enough. We asked about custom, he looked online and came back to tell us that no manufacturer made a boot that could be made wide enough below thousands of dollars. We left convinced that my husband wouldnt be able to ski this year, and maybe not ever again. We tried another local ski shop, and they not only could fit my husband, but had multiple pairs of boots in stock that he could try. We bought boots last night, and that store won my business for life. I canceled my rental skis with Peter Glenn, and I will not ever be back. I encourage you not to go either, especially if you have any kind of foot problem or fit needs.

What a disappointment and waste of time. I just left the store because the man in the ski/board area was too busy talking with his friend. His friend and I entered the store at the same time. He helped his friend regarding his snow board and then he just kept talking to him, about his new baby, the slopes... I was never acknowledged. I stood in front of the ski and ski boots for 25 mins before leaving and telling the girl at the desk why. The employee did see me, only he choose not to even say give me a minute. I was there to buy skis, boots, poles and travel bags. It was easily a $1000 sale. Just a simple hi would have sufficed until he was done chatting. I have worked customer service for many years, I understand you cant be there immediately always, but come on, just a little consideration would be nice.

Great customer service from very knowledgable staff!! Doug and Duncan took care of all my needs and helped fit me with the perfect pair of Fischer ski boots! I have very narrow feet and can be hard to fit. These boots are so comfortable and fit me like a glove after their expert modifications! I cant wait to get these on the mountain! Dont waste your time down the street at the "other" ski shop...go where they actually appreciate your business.

BEST place to get all winter sports clothes. Prices at PG are similar to what youll find online. Good quality clothes but really the service was amazing. Martha was very knowledgeable and took her time with us, and she was of tremendous help picking out our clothes. From convenience to style, she knew what to get us! She was also a former ski racer and she gave us many tips... you wont get the same experience online...

Best ski shop Ive found in Atlanta. Staff is knowledgeable and available every time I go. The prices are a little high, but the products are high quality and the selection is great for Atlanta. I always end up there before sending a kid out on a ski or snowboard trip, and always get good equipment and advice. Vastly better than the competition.

Very friendly staff. Limited selection and pricey apparel. Bought some skis here on clearance. I would give them my business again because of their courtesy, knowledge and convenience. Update: boots didnt fit well and they let me bring them in and get some more. Great service and they even remembered my name!
