Please read what I have experienced with the services of this store before you go there.I made a mistake and skipped the reviews and didnt take them serious and that caused me a waste of money and time and my shipment wasnt even delivered at time. Im just writing to share my experience about their awful customor service. I used their international service for shipping my luggage to Canada ,my friend in Canada was taking my luggage to my home country which does not have any mail services we can use from USA.I told the manager my story and emphasized on the importance of the delivery date because my friend had a flight ticket in few days and she was going to take my luggage with her. Long story short,they guaranteed the delivery date,they didnt deliver it on time and I had to ask them to return my luggage to USA again .Guess what ,they not only refund me,but also charged me again for return!!!! I mean they double charged me for a service that they guaranteed but didnt even provide to me. This is not the end.They delivered the luggage to the address which was not mine anymore,although I called them and asked them to keep my luggage at store for me to go and pickup by myself. The worse part is their response to me.The manager tried to convince me that the luggage was delivered on time but my friend didnt go for pickup !!!!!!! Can you imagine that ? Of course it was not like that.I was calling UPS at Canada every day and they told me on the phone and on their website ,tracking part ,that my shipment was not delivered on the date they guaranteed.The manager didnt accept that and blamed it on my friend and assumed Im a fool !! They didnt and they dont feel responsible at all and just one of them treats customers in a kind way,the rest are very unrespectful and offensive and it has been mentioned in other reviews .This was my only and worse experience in USA as an international person .I have never seen such an awful customer service anywhere else. If you are not able to deliver on time why are you lying ? And if it happened why not just say sorry and compensate? Why have you tried to make a fool of me and blame your unresponsibility on my friend who was counting the minutes to receive my luggage?Please dont try to write something kind and make a fool of readers too. So,I have been charged 200$ for a service that was not even provided to me.

This store is so haphazardly thrown together, both in its appearance and its staff that it astounds me. The lower tier employee greeted me kindly, she was nice. But then the owner stepped up to the plate to give me service, and thats when the problems started. Firstly, all I asked to print off was 2 pages of PDF docs. After hearing me, she rudely told me I needed to use the computer to do that. I got over it and went to use the computer. It gave out a blank page in addition to my 2 printed ones. I took it to the counter and kindly told her it gave me a blank page on accident. Her response - "you have to pay for that". I was dumbfounded. I refused at first, but she wouldnt budge.. on a BLANK PAGE. Frustrated, I pulled out my debit card to pay - hey guess what? Minimum of $3 to use a debit card. Unbelievable. After showing her I had no cash, she finally budged and let me use my debit card, which again - I was purchasing a BLANK PAGE with. Pathetic. I visited the UPS on Semoran and Pershing a couple days ago, and the service was WAY better than this. I will never visit this store again, they treat their customers like garbage.

Ive been to this UPS store multiple times. Ive had booklets bound, Ive had copies made, and Ive had packages shipped. The service I received each time was excellent and Ive recommended this store to several of my friends. As I logged on to write this review, I couldnt help but read the other reviews and honestly, Im astounded. The pizza place around the corner from me has a $5 minimum to use a debit card and so do a lot of places--thats because it costs the merchant a fee to use it. I have my own business and I also have a minimum amount for a customer to use a credit card--that business not poor customer service. This employees of this store have always gone out of their way to help me and I will continue to do business with them.

I went in to mail a book back to Amazon. Normally, UPS places give you free envelopes, small boxes for shipping. Well, this is a TOTAL RIP OFF franchise. She grabbed the book and put in an envelope and told me it was $1.91 for the envelope (shipping was paid for by Amazon). I said "whatever" and pulled out my debit card. She told me no debit cards under $5 and she was going to keep my book and I had to either buy $5 worth of stuff or go to an ATM. I told her no way. We ended up shouting obsenities at each other but she eventually took the card. They need to have a sign on the door stating this policy...not on the end of a cabinet facing away from the counter. DONT GO HERE!

I unfortunately received a bad experience at this location. I have been to others where policies are different. I was trying to mail a letter and in order to do so I needed to purchase a stamp. This location only allows one stamp to be purchased by cash only. I, like most, normally do not carry cash anymore. Debit or credit is my choice of payment. Unfortunately, unless you have to spend a certain amount you or you cant move forward with your purchase unless you have cash. I found this slightly inconvenient and wont be returning to this location. I dont feel that policy is directed toward costumer service.

I have got to say this is the most helpful UPS store I have ever been to. Most UPS stores want to nickle and dime you for use of their computer or even charging you to tape your own boxes. Not this store! This UPS store went above and beyond to help me when I came in to print multiple documents, scan/email documents, AND ship multiple packages. They did not charge me for tape OR for the 5 minutes that I used their computer. Wish I would have gotten the names of the guys working but it was on Wednesday 8/2 around 2pm. They are awesome and deserve recognition!

Excellent service! Went above and beyond to make my process more convinient. Incredibly friendly and willing to help. This is important to note how well they treated me. This is refreshing change of pace as many businesses are declining heavily in customer service. Great store! Especially helpful in that my area has been under heavy watch due to robberies. They were able to offer me many options for pickup and scheduling to avoid risk. Thank you UPS. And more importantly. Thank you for being on time, actually ahead of time!

This store is always slow and the nickel and diming for smaller items is astounding. To indicate that a package is fragile, you have to purchase your own tape...unbelievable. That was the first sign that UPS didnt care about the delivery and state of my package. I have only ever received good service from one employee and whenever the owner tries to help - it is clear where the failures reside. Will never go back to this poor customer service location.
