BizCard Xpress failed my business not just once...not twice...but THREE TIMES. I feel like a fool for returning back to them. They make promises about their service they dont keep. Their product comes back messed up and they dont try to make it right. Youd be better off getting out a pad of paper, some markers, and scissors to make your own business card because youd get them done a lot quicker than them. Another thing...they dont even do most of their work there. They order from someone else and have it shipped to their store in FL. I ordered a name tag only to find out they had it made in CALIFORNIA!! They cant find a closer place to make the name tag...since they cant do it in house...than California?? TRUST ME....you will get better service and a better product going somewhere else. It might be a little more expensive, but the avoid having to hassle with the pathetic customer service at BizCard Xpress will be worth it.

The Manger there Named Fort is a con and does not know what they are doing. He began the process to Create full color vinyl lettering on my 20ft trailer we had agreed on a price and then changed it by increasing it to 200% mark up. Mind you he knew the size of images where they were located and what was expected. He even had stated via email he would include the signs in the front and back of trailer at no cost to earn our business. He wont return my calls and it was a complete waste of time and money. BCX Promotional or what ever they call them selves will never see my business again. The funny thing is if you look at the reviews on google he reviewed his own shop like at least change your name. SMFH stay away from this place

Wedding Programs came out fantastic. I stopped it for a test print and ending up leaving with everything I needed. It was super fast even with a few modifications that needed to be made. Sonia helped me so much and was professional and quick which is exactly what I needed on my lunch break, a quick and easy stop. Not to mention the price was competitive too. Thank you so much for the great service. If I need anything printed in the future I will definitely stop in.

Could not have asked for better service, Marco worked with me on the cards which came out very nice, and I accidently gave him the wrong email address for the business cards and free of charge he fixed my mistake. Any other company would have charged me again. We have been using biz cards for a while now and have no plans of going anywhere else. DO NOT GET YOUR PRINTING HERE!!. This place is small time. only 2 employees one is the owner. Their prices are ridiculous compared to REAL printers who have all equipment on hand. Everything is marked up 40% they farm out. Plain and simple cut out the middle man and use a real printer not these amateurs. Compare prices to any real printer and you will realize this place is a rip off. Fast Signs is much cheaper.

Fast friendly service that never disappoints... Sonia has been fabulous about getting things printed for us in the 11th hour emergencies that I always seem to throw at her... I wont go anywhere else because they treat us like family and are about a third less in cost than anywhere else in town. Keep up the great work ladies & gentlemen!

This location provided nothing but the best printing and sign products! Last reviewer just seems like misinformed, disgruntled ex-employee. Or an advertisement. No basis for claims as high quality, low prices and fast service are what this place is all about. Dont listen to me or anyone else for that matter - check them out for yourself!

I had a great experience. I had less than 24 hours to get the order out and BizCard not only delivered but delivered a quality piece on nice card stock. I was very happy with the service and it was New Years Eve so even more impressed that they got the order done quickly and professionally.

Horrible customer service! They told me my cards would be done in 24 hours and when I went to get them they werent ready. They then didnt call me for another 36 hours. When I called them they refused to fix their mistake and blamed it on me.
