Went to this store to have an exercise chart enlarged. The guy behind the counter proceeded to lecture me about copyrighting. I knew he was incorrect but wasnt interested in debating it in front of a customer. I left the FedEx store, called the fitness company and addressed the issue with them. The customer service representative ask me some questions then put me on hold so he could discuss this with management. About ten minutes later he came back on the line with the following: 1. According to the fitness company, the guy at this FedEx store gave incorrect information. 2. Someone in his position should have known what he was saying was incorrect. The fitness company also sent me an email with the copyright clarification in case I wanted to take it to the guy at the FedEx store. I do not recommend going to this store.

I went there to get some documents printed. The terminal connected to the printer was not working and kept popping up an error message. When I asked for assistance, they could not figure it out either. So they printed the document for me and charged me the rate for manual printing, as if it was my fault that the machine was not working. And then they blamed my document. The employees were rude, flippant, not knowledgeable and still charged me a higher price for using the service which I had to use just because their machine did not work. FedEx is allegedly known for their customer service, but this particular branch does not cut it.

Just left the Fedex Redbug office. I asked several time for assistance because the web site was giving me an error. The only assistance i got from the girls there was i font know. It is Fedex website. Excuse me isnt that where you work? The girl kept telling me the reason i was getting the error message was that the problem was my credit card. We finally left and called the 800# and she explained i needed to open a fedex account for what i wanted to do and that the Fedex office should have been able to assist me. So upset.

Dont attempt to drop off a package with a prepaid label; the girl behind the counter will insist you buy new packaging, regardless if the box you are returning is the same one the item was shipped to you in. (I.e. Wayfair items). FYI, I called Fed Ex, and they said this is not corporate policy. Go to the UPS Store in the Winter Springs Town Center, the manager is amazing, and he is very helpful when you have to ship multiple items.

The girl behind the counter was very helpful with pricing and sending a large package. We had already been to the competitors to find the lowest price, and FedEx won. We were able to use our own packaging (wed wrapped it up at home), and the girl helped us make sure the label printed correctly, since it had lots of weird numbers and letters. Only complaint is that it was a little busy, and there was only one person working.

Very Friendly staff and they are always helpful. I had an issue with one of my prepaid labels through ebay and the women behind the counter helped me get it squared away and she even taped up my package as the tape was coming off. Thanks guys!
