I went to Beyond Ink tattoo Studio for my first tattoo. I got the Egyptian Goddess Auset placed on my left shoulder. My tattoo artist was Ruben. I told him what I wanted and he drew my tattoo by hand to my specifications, he listened to me and made all the additions and changes that I wanted. It was my first tattoo and I had a vision of how I wanted her, I was excited yet apprehensive, this tattoo had a lot of meaning for me and she had to be right. My tattoo artist Ruben was nice and accommodating he answered my questions and took my tattoo experience seriously. Ruben and the other tattoo artist there made my first tattoo experience special! The studios environment was clean and organized. The other artist that were there taking care of clients were just as friendly and professional, which also made me more relaxed. I could tell that the tattoo artist at Beyond Ink valued their clients and took pride in their work. My artist Ruben took extra time and paid attention to the fine details, I was so happy and exited when he came back with my sketch, it was exactly how I envisioned it, and when she was on my arm she was so beautiful, every detail right down to her braids, and the bold coloration was just more then I could ask for, I was breathless! I got my tattoo at the end of December and by the end of January there was no more itching or shedding and my tattoo was completely healed. Its February and My tattoo is still brilliant, I experienced very minimal fading, the colors are still just as bright and vivid as when I first got my tattoo! I love looking at her on my arm and I love showing her to everyone! I waited until now to post a review, because I wanted to post about my whole experience from the minute I walked through the doors at Beyond Ink to the entire process of healing and owning my tattoo. I cant say enough wonderful things about this tattoo studio and my tattoo artist Ruben! My tattoo is amazing and im still breathless! I Highy recommend Beyond Ink!

I went to Beyond Ink Tattoos originally looking for body jewelry. While I was there I went ahead and looked at the portfolio pieces from all the artists. Beyond Ink has a lot of talented artists, so naturally I went back to get my Harley Quinn Tattoo. When I burst into the store demanding my new tattoo, Tim took me on as a client.... poor Tim... He is great artist! Despite wanting to stick to only black and white tattoos, his water color tattoos were too hard to resist. And Im really happy I decided to go with a water color styled Harley Quinn tattoo!! So of course after that, I decided that I wanted Tim to do my back piece. A tattoo that I wanted for three years but never found an artist that I trusted enough to do it. And Im really glad I did. First off, my back tattoo of a grim reaper I originally drew it myself. Tim took it and adapted it and suited it for tattoos... obviously... The main elements stayed the same. I gave him a check list of everything that I wanted, and he hit every mark....thinking about it for three years will do that..On top of that, he pays attention to every single detail. Not just the details in the artwork, but the attention to details for your skin. I went in for my first session, and even though I was in pain by the end of it. If I wanted to push further, Tim would of called it off because the skin was swollen. In short, hes an artist who knows his medium. And for something that is going to be pretty permanent on your body, you want someone like that. On top of all this, Tim gets excited for your tattoo. I tortured myself going through art school for four years. I know fake enthusiasm when I see it. Tim expresses genuine excitement with a new tattoo. Tim wants to make sure you are happy with the tattoo you are receiving, wants the experience to be enjoyable. When youre excited with the design, he is too. Plus you cant beat the prices.

I could not have had a better experience for my first tattoo than at Beyond Ink. Everyone who works there is very professional, nice, and friendly. James was my tattoo artist. But I also got to meet the other artists who work there, Tim and Ruben. All of them are wonderful. Even though this was my first tattoo, and I was not that knowledgeable about certain things, they never talked down or condescendingly to me, which many other artists at other tattoo studios did. And they answered all of my questions and were very patient. So that was initially what drew me in. When I went to visit the location, I was very impressed with the whole atmosphere and the cleanliness of the store. There was something very calming about it and it made you feel like you were in the best place to get a tattoo. You could tell that they really care about being sanitary and making everyone feel comfortable. Needless to say, all of their artwork is absolutely fantastic. And its fairly obvious that they are huge Star Wars fans, which makes me like them even more. James had some great input with designing my tattoo, and I am so incredibly happy with what he came up with. I got a memorial tattoo for my childhood dog, his name on my foot followed by three paw prints. I am going to love my tattoo for the rest of my life, and I am surely going to be going back to Beyond Ink for more.

I got my septum done by Ruben a month & a half ago & at the time the experience was not terrible, but it wasnt good either. If i had not asked so many questions, Ruben would not have said a word to me throughout the entire process; he waved me to follow him, i sat down, he clamped my nose & was abt to pierce my septum when i started asking questions, because it was my first facial piercing & i wouldve liked to be told what was going on throughout the experience. Ruben was very curt & did not explain things well at all. to make things so much worse, he pierced it completely wrong. a month & a half later i finally went to a different piercing shop so they could look at it because i was still having trouble with the healing process. i have two large bumps on both sides of the piercing because Ruben pierced it SO incredibly low, that is was through my cartilage instead of my sweet spot which also made the piercing and healing extremely painful & longer. Ruben literally pierced it on the very EDGE of my septum, the worst piercing job EVER. now i have to completely let it heal & get it re pierced after all that pain & uncomfort it caused me. thankfully, Charlie (female) at Atomic helped me so much and told me how to help it heal well. im definitely going back to Charlie to get it re pierced (i highly recommend you do the same).

It is no wonder that this establishment has a 4.9 rating on google. I was in the market for a nose piercing. Im not from this area and was asking friends and shopping online for the best price for piercings, and the best general rating. I was told consistently about one store, who had a pretty good google rating, a very difficult to navigate website, and horrendously expensive pricing. I then stumbled upon Beyond Ink, and found a voucher off their website (which is very user friendly). Upon arriving at the store, I also found they have a lovely selection of jewellery, and very friendly and professional staff. The individual who did my nose piercing was very thorough (Im really big on hygiene and paid attention while he was setting up and was very happy), very quick which I liked, and very friendly. My boyfriend and I then had the opportunity to chat with Tim about the piercing, about the jewellery (I also purchased a barbell for my industrial piercing), and also told us about their Friday the 13th specials on tattoos. We looked at Tims work and I even took his card. If I get my first tattoo in Orlando, it will most certainly be at Beyond Ink Tattoo. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!
