I did not get a tattoo here, so I dont feel comfortable giving them only 1 star when I cant rate the whole experience--however, I would give them 1 star for attitude. I gave them a picture in advance that I wanted, but when I showed up the day of, the final product was not at all what I wanted. We tried to fix it, but no result was satisfactory for me. I was told that the problem was that it wasnt possible to make the picture look the same at the small scale I wanted, and without shading, etc. All that I can accept. What I did not appreciate was the attitude. The woman who was working on this design was extremely rude to me the whole time. As Im not an artist, it was difficult for me to pinpoint what the issue was, but no matter what kind of critique I tried to give, she was critical of it, snippy, and just generally rude. What am I supposed to do, get something I dont like tattooed to me? Can I not expect some tinkering, some collaboration maybe on making it something I, the customer, am happy with? Did I do something wrong? I think its perfectly reasonable to make changes on the design, and if that proves to be impossible, I dont blame the artist--but we could come to that conclusion without treating me with such disrespect. I will not be coming back.

I had an Ex of mine on my arm! I spoke with Mr. Thompson and the next night he can up with a great Idea that not only covered my horrible mistake but also made a great looking tat that in no way looks like a cover up! Great place to go for quality tattoos! Ill be back soon! For other tats that my wife and I are coming up with ideas for! As for my current tat thats now fixed Ill be going back so Mr. Thompson can take a few pics for his portfolio!

Walked in and loved it from the start. Staff is super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Had Alex do a piece for me and am extremely happy with it. Cant wait to make another appt to continue my sleeve with him. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tattoo.

I came in with a vague idea of covering up an old tattoo. Jake magically recreated a new tattoo beyond anything I could have ever imagined. There is entirely no trace of what was there before and I absolutely love my new tattoo. I highly recommend to anyone "GO SEE JAKE!!!"

Alex has done both sleeves on my arms and jake has done one sleeve on my brothers. top quality work, kick ass awesome guys. if you want a cheap hack job tattoo go somewhere else. you want top of the line art this is your place. ps, dont be a douch and tip your artist

I havent walked out with tattoo from the there that I wasnt completely satisfied with. Every artist is extremely talented and professional. Great atmosphere, awesome music, extremely clean. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I first came to this place do a cover-up. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Panda ended up doing the tattoo, and she did a great job. She is now my girlfriends, which looks great, and Im planing for another.
