My husband ordered a side mirror glass cut and they said it would be ready in two days. Four days later, no word back. He finally calls and they say the glass cutter is backed up and wont be ready until four more days. Thats fine. But the least you couldve done is COMMUNICATE IT TO THE PERSON WHO ORDERED IT. Its fine if things wont be on time. Life happens. At least have enough courtesy to call and tell the customer whats happening, rather than leaving them to wonder how much longer theyll be a hazard on the road for missing a side mirror.

Angel assisted me with purchasing a replacement starter back in September and was hands down the best help I have EVER received in an auto-store. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really made the experience great. My dad and I went in initially just to buy a starter, but we kept returning to the store for all sorts of supplies just because the customer-service was so good. Thank you Angel!

Terrible service today. Took a long time for an employee to come to the register to ring me up. In the middle of the transaction, he answered the phone and dealt with that person, before finishing my transaction. Immediately after me, he rang up another customer, and then proceeded to install her wiper blades, before installing mine.

They always seem to have what I need, and never seem to be out of stock of anything. That being said, the employees arent the friendliest. They talk amongst themselves in front of you and seem unwilling to answer legitimate questions.
