Im going to agree with one of the previous comments DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS STORE. Ive lived in this area for 5 years and witnessed first hand the steady downfall of this store...you dont know where the line is for looking up parts between the cash out line. If you dont need to look something up you cant simply go to a cash register and cash out...this WAS my store for a looong time nut theu have lost me for the foreseeable future...NO ONE SPEAKS PROPER ENGLISH exept one manager or so!!! WTF? Im done!!! They suck...I can deal with the no ENGLISH but still customer service is as bad as it get...someone needs to get fired. Went in got what I wanted spent 10 minutes at a register not one employee said anything to me like "just a minute" or anything. I left after about 12min of the bullsht.

My husband ordered a glass side mirror cut. Was told it would arrive in 2 days. 2 days came and went, no call no nothing. So he waits an extra day. Nothing. Calls them and finds out their behind on orders. Thats fine. How about notifying customers of the delay, they deserve the courtesy. This happened two more times. Then finally it comes. And the mirror glass hardly fits, its nowhere near long enough. Then had to waste 20-30 minutes just to get a refund. So frustrating. Never going to another Auto Zone. This experience was enough of a headache.

Always friendly and great service. Sometimes they are a little slow at the counter, but perhaps I just visit when the store is very busy. They are always very helpful and informative. They have made several recommendations to me on various products and I dont feel they have ever led me wrong. I really like how they charge my battery when I need... I have a damn power drain somewhere and I cant seem to find what the cause is... Anyway, the store is great, always clean and organized. They are definitively my favorite auto store.

As with every auto parts store you go in expecting to get what you need how to take to my phone to look up parts on their website to give the gentleman at the counter the part numbers to locate the parts that I need it because you could not pull them up himself typical Parts guy counter issues when going in asking for windshield wipers they proceeded to ask you what size motor your vehicle has

I have had a good experience where the employees were very helpful and patient and went above and beyond to try to help me. But with another employee, I had a not so great experience. He assumed we didnt know things about the car so he was fabricating false information that we knew to be incorrect. I called him on it and he just remained silent. So depending on who you get, it could be great

7/14/2011 - Bought some items worth couple of hundreds, the manager is not approachable and it seems he is tired of answering customers questions. U know who u are, just take look at the date,figure it out.If you think the way you answer to customer is good, well ur wrong. Although the one who assisted me, you are much better than your boss!

I was very pleased and thankful for the courteous service I received from the young man who assisted me. I came for a tail light bulb, which I wasnt looking forward to having to change out myself, AND HE CHANGED IT OUT FOR ME! You can bet the next time I need auto parts or anybody I know does, this will be the place I go or recommend!

A nice employee stayed to help us out and run a test on the car, suggested a part and research all while having been clocked out and ready to go home. So glad he stayed and helped! Another employee helped push the car that died in the middle of the lot to a parking spot! Customer service is everything. Kudos to you fine sirs!

Ive been a customer of Autozone for many years, this was my first time going to this Autozone. Needed a new battery for my 08 Chevy Impala and was able to purchase one for a great price. They also helped me install it right there, free of charge. Awesome service, friendly staff.
