I came from out of town and I discovered that Clunkers does repairs 3 years ago quite by accident while driving home from work. I have taken my wifes newer CRV as well as my old Ranger pick up truck there ever since. They are wonderful folks, honest and friendly. Best of all, they do any and all the mechanical work youll ever need on new as well as highly used vehicles like my Ranger. They also sell used vehicles. They stick to their estimate, search out parts (new or used, whichever you prefer), they give fast appointments and they dont keep you waiting. The prices are the best you will ever get. What I personally like best about the place is that it is a friendly and unpretentious, every day welcoming neighborhood sort of place that inspires a sense of of trust, hominess and honesty. I consider myself very lucky to have found the place and I highly recommend it to any new or used car or truck owner. They are the best. Sam Kaufman

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I called about parts 3 times and stopped in once. I gave my name and number 3 times and never got a call back. I went in and asked about a part. I went out to make sure it was the right one so they didnt have to pull it if it was wrong. I asked the price. Then I asked if they would take a little less and they told me to "take my money to McDonalds." I didnt want to go to another place so I payed the price. After waiting awhile, I decided to just go pull the part myself. By the time I was done, the guy hadnt even got a tool to spin off the 4 nuts. Mr. Leth, across the street, is the nicest old junk yard dog youll ever meet and has the best prices. Also, every vehicle that Clunkers is trying to sell is wildly over priced. I dont know how they sell anything or stay in business for that mater. I dont expect much from junk yard people. But these people have about as many teeth as they do brains. ZERO stars!
