We have come to this auto zone a few times now. We came in today and Aurthur the manager for customer satisfaction helped us. He is knowledgeable but extremely rude! Came to pick up a part that was ordered and paid for yesterday. He kept rushing us to finish what we were saying or cutting us off completely. He spoke rude to other customers waiting behind us, spoke rude and demanding to the other employees there. On top of all that he spoke to us like we were complete idiots like we didnt even know what the hose was that we ordered. (The part we ordered was not the correct part for my car, wouldnt fit even if we tried so it had to be returned) I will be making a point of not going back to this store. Id MUCH rather be helped by some with little knowledge thats friendly and helpful, over someone so rude.

In the case a local Advanced Auto doesnt have my goodies in stock, I come on by here. These guys have actually matched prices off a common website in which they werent quite familiar with, which will steal business even over a wopping 5 bucks. Will come buy again!
