The place has always served me well except for yesterday 7/7/17 I went in with a dead battery or almost dead still had enough power to start just weak,I ask to have it tested battery tested good but needed charging I come back 30 min later as the guy asked me to and noticed he is testing again. Guy says hey yup its ready oh but looks like you need a new one ,then takes little printed pape r and trashes it.Ok I say ,whats the cheapest battery you have ?$132.00 He answered only I bought one the day before for my truck for $70.00 So I tell him No that cant veer I bought one here yesterday. He pretends to look again and said oh yeah here it is (wth?)Ill be back let me go get one. While I wait mad as hell at his fake lack of knowledge I look over at my old battery and wouldnt you know,theres a printed recipt right next to it from the testing machine that read "Good Battery" in big bold lettering. Needless to say I wont be buying a thing from that pice of work .Hes a heavy set late 30s blond dude. Very disappointed with the whole experience

Very poor chain. Website is awful and can not find simple products that are in stock. Almost everything in the store is inferriorChinese products. The alleged customer loyalty savings program is virtually impossible to get any benefit. I tried but could not come up with anything positive to say other than their primary competitor Autozone is daily bad. Hard to believe these stores drove high caliber Napa out in many areas.

Went to advance as always with a coupon and for my surprise Gabriel the employee there did not want to honor it since they did not have the filter that I needed. He charged me twice as much. He has an attitude that thinks his better than you as a person. He has no customer service skills. Advance should send him to take a customer service school.

Absolutely the worst store i have gone to. Everytime the service is worse and worse. Everytime you explain to the staff what you need all they do is talk nonsense into making it seem like you dont know what your talking about. Very rude, i am a buying customer, just sell me what i ask for... never will spend another dime in this location...

This store has always had great service. Their staff is knowledgeable and has assisted me numerous times in diagnosing issues with my vehicles. Ordering online and picking up in store has also simplified my life and has helped our budget by giving us great discounts. Ill continue going here to get parts for my vehicles for years to come!

I love the customer service Christal provided. The manager Estaban who was on duty was awesome. This how an auto parts store should be. Thank you both. This was pertaining to wipers that Christal installed for my 2014 kia optima.
