Firstly, you have to ask an employee to look up oil filter numbers for you, good luck using the Napa website because its terribly slow. Secondly, on more than one occasion I have had to wait until one person gets off the phone in order to be helped, even though there is often two or maybe three employees standing at the counters doing god knows what instead of helping customers. Thanks for making me feel like a jackass by letting me stand here for a few seconds only to tell me you cant help me, if you cant help me then why are you out front where I can see you? Finally, the last time I was in the store I needed to ask a filter number, one guy on the phone other guy just standing around, guy standing around tells me phone guy will help me in a minute, phone guy ends his call, the phone starts ringing again before he can say anything to me, I assume he is gonna ask the caller to hold please, NOPE, he goes straight into conversation about some plug wires for a Chevy Z71. Meanwhile theres people in the back goofing off and I just have to stand there in silence with the other employee. Needless to say I left without my $9 filter. Its a shame because this happens frequently and have committed to going the six more blocks to OReillys or AutoZone. I used to get all my parts from Napa but over the last decade or so the quality, warranty, and prices have all gone in piss poor directions. I give up, Ill only use this store if I need something same day and they have it in stock.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to buy a replacement battery for a 2010 Lexus IS250c and was rudely treated -- laughed at and told they would not replace a battery on a "high-end" car. This car is 10 years old. I then drove to OReillys 1 mile east on SR16 and was treated great and paid less for the equivalent battery.

This NAPA has a great selection of parts for my Triumph (bike) and Maxda (car). You are usually greeted at the door by someone asking what you are looking for which cuts down on my time wandering around looking lost and gets my back to my beer fridge that much quicker.
