I gave it one star only because it would not let me post with no stars. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I called the day before, they were holding break pads for me. When I entered the store, there was one customer at the counter, a second customer walked up after I was standing there for a couple of minutes, both men, with 3, yes three employees behind the counter. I was ignored and when the older guy finaly acknowledged me, he said someone will be with you in a few minutes. I was on the way to my Moms with my son and grandson in the car. I asked POLITELY how long it may take the man rudely replied, "as long as it needs too". I felt like i had no right to be there and I was nothing but a bother to him. I walked out after telling him he needs to learn customer service and not treat people so rudely. He then responded "I wont". If you do not like your job or dont know how to treat people with respect, then find another job where you do not interact with the customers. I would be served with discipline if I treated the public so rudley. Was I treated in this manner because I am a woman??? I will never step foot in the place again, I will drive the distance to another store where I am treated like I matter, and treated with respect.

Nice place to get any parts that you may need. They arent usually busy so it makes it easy to get help. They have a good selection of parts for my car (2003 Toyota Camry). They helped test my battery for me when I couldnt start my car. Turns out it that was exactly my problem. I purchased the battery I needed and they installed it for me. Places like this come in handy.

After picking up an oil filter and screwing up the replacement due to a faulty ring and my missing it, I spilled oil all over my driveway. Thinking they sold me a faulty piece I went for a refund. They gave the refund, free replacement oil, and THEN pointed out my mistake followed by "but well still take care of you." Ive been coming here for years and dont intend to stop.

Sent my wife there to get a A/C refrigerant refill can and ask for some help connecting it and pressing the button. The staff person refused to sell her the can. Referred her to a local shop to "buy by the pound". which is NOT what either of us wanted. Staff person refused to be helpful. Im headed to the corporate website next.

Placed an online order for in storw pickup and called to ask for an update and was rudely told that my order had been cancled. I then was stuck on hold with there customer service for two hours and got no help. I decided to go to the store and there was no employees up front.

I was shopping for windshields wipers and the store manager, Lyman, went out of his way to help me find the rights one. Then he actually helped me install them. I will definitely shop at this store again.

Store is closed during open hours. One employee showed up at 7:40am and said to try back in half an hour or so. Store is supposed to be open at 7:30am
