I had the worst experience at this bridal shop. The owner Davita was so rude to my friends and I. This was the second place I went to try on dresses, she picked out my dresses, didnt give me a chance to try on what I wanted to. Then out of no where she pulled out her bell asking me if I wanted to say yes to the dress. I felt pressured to say yes. I went a second time to make sure this was my dress, when I put on the dress I didnt feel like it was the one. I told her I wasnt in love with the dress. She got so upset with me she started ripping off the dress of me, and started being rude to my friend saying that I brought the wrong person with me. I was going back to buy my bridesmaids dresses there and the flower girls, but never mind.... I dont know how to reply to your comment...So what I had a low budget, I didnt come in there and asked you to sell me dress for $600. I told your wife my budget was $1500 i do not think it was that low. Not everybody is as fortunate as others. And no my friend did not laugh, she gave me her honest opinion, regardless of what she thinks Im the one whos going to wear the dress I have to feel beautiful. And you were not in the fitting room to know that she started ripping the dress off. I felt like she got upset because I decided not to buy the dress anymore.

I had a long engagement (about 2 years) and purchased my dress much earlier than necessary, so I waited a long time to write this review based on my full experience. Bridal Couture was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Davita and staff were friendly, fun, and considerate. I have such a fun, special memory of shopping for my dress. I walked in with a specific vision, which Davita was very respectful of - however, when I wasnt as thrilled as I thought Id be with my requests, she gently asked if she could put me into a dress that had all of the on-paper characteristics Id been trying to avoid. Sure enough, her suggestion ended up being my wedding dress, and I would never have tried it on my own. Davita makes beautiful suggestions without aggressively pushing the sale. She is very gracious and is happy to let you go home and think before your purchases. Since I moved out of town, my mother worked with Bridal Couture in my absence and they were sweet and kind to her as well. I was only able to attend one fitting, and due to my wedding being out of town there was only one shot at alterations. Bridal Couture nailed it perfectly and I had no stress putting on my perfectly tailored dress the day of. Do not hesitate, they are a lovely salon.

From the minute I walked in the shop, I could tell this dress shop was different than others. They only book one appt at a time and you get the full and undivided attention of the owners. You can tell Davita really knows her dresses. Every single dress in the shop is gorgeous and in amazing condition. She really knows how to style you with whatever body type you had. She carries all Mori Lee brand and has all styles and colors. I went in thinking I had the perfect idea of what I wanted and tried on about 6 dresses, still waiting for that "feeling." Then we pulled one random dress that I didnt think was my style and that was the one I loved! She was so patient and kind, I was her last appointment of the day and she stayed almost till 7pm (ON A SATURDAY) to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Her prices are also amazing for a bride on a budget. Ive been to 4 other dress shops in the area and I HIGHLY recommend going to Davita, especially supporting local small businesses. She really will have you walking out having found your dream gown. I couldnt be happier!

Okay let me start off by saying if I could give Davita and her husband 100 stars I would. I came in on Saturday September 24, 2016 to try on dresses, and to be honest I wasnt expecting to purchase anything because I was on the hunt for THE perfect dress. When I entered the beautiful private area Davita was right on top of things. She explained to me the best silhouettes for me and the pros and cons of both. Might I add my budget was only $1000 and she pulled me four beautiful gowns. The second dress I tried on was THE ONE, my entourage agreed and so did I. The bead work and perfect fit of this dress was everything I could have ever dreamed of. I am so happy that I went to Bridal Couture of the Palm Beaches it is by far the best dress shopping experience Ive had. Davita I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind words, great expertise, professionalism, and my DREAM dress. I had a FANTASTIC experience saying yes to my dress! I am a curvy bride and I have experienced some anxiety over finding a dress that celebrated my curves instead of camouflaging them. I drove up early on a Friday morning from Miami and Davita opened up the store just for me. I could immediately sense how passionate Davita was at finding a unique dress for each bride. After telling her a little bit about my vision for my wedding day, Davita carefully looked around the boutique and instantly pulled a dress from the rack that stunned me. I had tried on some other dresses before, but nothing felt as special or as bridal. From the moment I stepped in the dress that Davita hand picked for me, it was magic. I didnt even need to try on another dress. LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT DOES EXIST! I just stared at myself in the mirror in awe. I highly recommend going to Bridal Couture of the Palm Beaches to find your special dress, bride, bridesmaid or otherwise. Davitas level of customer service was exceptional and I could not be happier with my experience.

I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding gown at Bridal Couture of the Palm Beaches. I even said yes to the dress!! I came to the shop with my mom, grandma, future mother-in-law, aunt, and 2 of my best friends. We had the entire shop to ourselves for our appointment, which was such an amazing experience! The room is very comfortable for your guests to sit in and watch you try on your gowns on a raised platform in front of a 3-way mirror. Davita was extremely kind and professional throughout my appointment. Every gown she recommended I try on was so beautiful and elegant. I ended up having "that moment" where you just know it is your perfect dress in one of Davitas selections for me. And the price was also affordable. Overall, I would highly recommend Bridal Couture of the Palm Beaches. Davita has amazing opinions and was very kind, and you could tell she was very experienced. I truly felt treated like a special bride and like a valued customer!

If I could rate zero stars I would! This was the first place I went to and it really discouraged me in finding my wedding dress. My appointment was suppose to start at 1pm and didnt start till 5-10 mins late. All the pictures I had of dresses I liked Davita, the owner, told me they wouldnt look good on my body type. Davita picked out 5 dresses (of her choice) and those were the only dresses I was able to try on. Every time my family would ask me a question Davita would answer for me and didnt let me talk. She yelled at my mother-in-law for looking at the wedding dresses because that was her job. 1:55pm hit and Davita told me "I hope you find a store that has a dress for you" walked my group out and let a group in and locked the door behind us. Davita was beyond rude and made my whole experience there horrible. I couldnt believe that she gets customers with the way she treated my whole group. I RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
