Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, as everyone else seems to have rave reviews about this place. I called to schedule an appointment and right off the bat the womans tone was more abrupt and colder than any other shop I had called. About 15 minutes after scheduling my appointment, I called back, asking if I could reschedule for half an hour later than planned. A very nice gentleman assured me it would be fine. When I arrived at the store, which by the way, did nothing for me aesthetically...(sorry, but this is a review after all), the same woman I spoke to on the phone told me she wouldnt really be able to help me because I was late, and she had a "confirmed bride" coming in soon. When I politely told her that the gentleman informed me I could come in at the time I arrived, the other woman at the desk said something along the lines of "hell tell you anything". Now that might not be verbatim, but its close. The original lady then pointed me loosely in the direction of the dresses in my budget, and to the sale rack. She didnt seem interested in me or getting my business whatsoever. Maybe it was because my budget was so low, ($1,000), but hey, $1000 still isnt a number Id turn up my nose to, you know? The sale rack wasnt anything special, and she didnt even recommend anything else I could try. Frankly she didnt even get up from her seat. In every other store Id been to (Bacio Bacio, Mariolkas, and Bridal Couture Boca Raton- where I found my dream dress,) the women walked with me, talked with me, made me feel special... not here. When I told them I hadnt seen anything that grabbed my interest, they basically just waved goodbye. The second woman might have apologized, Ill give her that. In general, simply awful customer service. I drove an hour to this store and found it to be an utter disappointment. Sorry brides, wouldnt recommend.

Literally today is my wedding day at 11 am. at this moment is 9 am. I came to Bellissimma Bride 3 weeka ago I fall inlove with a dress but i could not get it. Today at 7 30 around tgat time I call in the morning and they answered tge phone. I got my dress!!!!!!!!!!! I appreaciate their attention professionalism cherish and (love) I really I really feel love by them!!!!!!!!!! Literalmente son las 9 de la manana y me caso hoy a las 11 am. estoy escribiendo desde la tirnda mientras ellos me ponene el vestido en la bolsa. los llame hoy a las 7 am porque hace semanas vine a po erme un bestido y me enamore pero no lo compre. Hoy el dia de mi boda mi vestido el que no me gustaba pero me iva a po er hoy se me dano. llame hoy mismo vine y salgo de aqui con mi vestido de suenos. Gracias Bellissima Bride. que profesiinalismo que amor que atencion. Gracias por palabras y accio es de affirmacio !!!!!

From the start, this place is beautiful. There is a sense of style and definitely no stress. There are twice as many gowns here as any store I visited in my quest for THE ONE. I was a little late for the appointment but Brittany assured me it was o.k., and in a few minutes she was showing me the ones I had described from the website(it is fantastic). I fell in love with a Maggie but it was a little above my budget so she suggested that if I like the sample she "can do better". I was concerned because the sample was a 14 and I am a 10, but she assured me that the owner Tania is one of the best tailor/designers in the East Coast, and that routinely she performs miracles in the sewing room. I met with Tania and she showed me what I can to personalize my gown and I loved it! The whole experience was indeed a special moment I will always remember, specially the following Sunday when I cam back with my mom and two of my bridesmaids and retried the dress, and celebrated with champagne!! Highly recommend a visit.

I bought my wedding dress here after fortunately only visiting a few places. Talk about an incredible selection of dresses. The dresses found here and by FAR the most beautiful, non-factory like, uncommon youll ever find! I was literally waiting outside of another bridal shop for them to open when my maid of honor suggested I call Bellissima. Joe, the owner, was incredibly sweet, warm and welcoming and unlike other bridal shops, insisted I come and stop by though there were appointments, to look at the dresses there. I showed up, he squeezed me in and 2 hours later, I found my perfect dress. His staff was just encouraging, Maria was so helpful and when I was torn between two dresses, the veil was brought out and it was clear. Im so grateful to Bellissima as they helped make my final purchase a comfortable and reliable one without breaking my budget! I needed a dress in 3 months and they made it happen! Thank you to Joe and the staff at Bellissima Bride! :)

The gentleman that took my phone call and made my appointment was so very kind and helpful and unlike many other bridal shops - seemed very sincere. That was confirmed when I showed up with my 20 month old niece and he was very accommodating and kind. I ended up picking a beautiful discontinued dress from the back that was just perfect and I am so glad I came here! Their system is the easiest and most helpful of all the salons I visited. Each dress has a photo of the dress so you can actually see the design which is SO helpful because they are very difficult to figure out when they are in those plastic bags on the hanger. I would highly recommend this shop, it was not high pressure and they seemed to really care that you find exactly what you want.

I just want to thank everyone at Bellissima for their kindness and understanding when I was looking for my wedding dress. I did not have an appointment and just walked in. They welcomed me, my mom, and maid of honor with open arms and said, "Go Shopping" after showing us the different rooms for the styles of the dresses. This was amazing and exactly what I needed. I found my dress and it was stunning. My husband thought I looked beautiful and did not expect a dress like the one I picked (well, my maid of honor picked it), but it was a very happy surprise. Each fitting went perfectly and when I came to pick up my dress one of the girls helped me to my car with it. Thank you for having my perfect dress at the perfect price!

Hands down the best in the business! After dress shopping at about 6-8 different stores I finally made my appointment at Bellissima. The customer service was exceptional every step of the way. They let me try on dress after dress until I found "the one". Most other stores that I had been to previously limited me to 5 dress or 1 hr, which ever came first. Bellissima is one of a kind. Their dress selection is endless and the quality is far more than what a lot of other stores offer. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you are the most important bride. Bellissima is outstanding and I highly recommend it to all bride to be-s! You will NOT be disappointed, I can assure you that!
