Still upset from my recent visit to Molle Bridals, as I can see from other recent reviews below those brides had a similar experience to me. I visited Molle Bridals about 10 days ago with my future mother in law, my sales consultant was Jen, the appointment was rushed, the sales consultant was rude to us both, and passive aggressive in nature. I am not saying that everyones experience will be like mine, as I visited Molle Bridals last summer 2016 and had a wonderful experience Kayla was fantastic and very attentive and I definitely recommend her if visiting this salon. I loved their dresses so much and the experience that I booked to go back for a second visit but this time the treatment of both me and my mother in law was dreadful. I remember on my first visit to the store I was made to feel special and given a cute bridal gown to wear when trying on dresses, the whole experience was lovely and very special, this time I wasnt given the same treatment, I wasnt given the bridal gown like last time. I wasnt exactly given privacy when trying on gowns, I had the sales consultant and the intern in the changing room with me when I was undressed and wasnt given a gown to cover myself up, and also wasnt even asked if it was ok to have the intern in with me during my appointment, I felt like I had no dignity during the appointment, I would have preferred to have been offered the gown to cover up a bit whilst they were pulling other dresses for me to try on On arrival the store manager was conducting job interviews nearby where we were seated, after the interviews, the manager came over to introduce herself, during the selection of gowns, I had made it clear that I was open to suggestions and trying varies styles but loved the look of ballgown/princess gowns, but was open to other styles. My MIL made some suggestions to try fitted gowns, the manger of the store/ sales consultant shut my mother in law down immediately and said "no, I think the bride knows best", and wouldnt allow her to select gowns for me to try on, this was very distressing and upsetting to my MIL to feel pushed out of my appointment. When trying dresses on, I was feeling very rushed I was reminded often of time, and hurried up in each dress to move on to the next dress, I felt very rushed throughout. My MIL asked if she could pull a dress for me she seen that she thought was perfect for me to try on and she said no again I will come with you, the way she spoke to her and the tone she used sounded passive aggressive, this made my mother in law feel very uncomfortable. I feel like she could have said that in a different softer manner and much nicer way, by offering to assist her, or asked to see what kind of style she was thinking what her vision was, to make her feel included in my appointment, instead of saying no you cant! she was very rude. I also felt like the sales consultant wasnt listening to me one bit, and seemed disinterested. She had an intern in for training who was lovely and polite, but throughout the appointment the sales consultant /manager spoke over me and my mother in law on various occasions to give instruction/training to her intern, we understand that she is showing her how to do the job, but she was rude with no manners, and spoke over us whilst I was asking questions about the gowns, this also made us feel uncomfortable. I will not be back to Molle Bridals, and will not be buying my gown here, due to the dreadful experience I had. UPDATE FOLLOWING OWNERS RESPONSE: As can be seen when looking at any of the recent negative reviews the owner is unable to accept addressing her short comings as a consultant. My mother-in-law and I would never have caused a fuss or acted like we were not happy during our appointment due to etiquette. If she would like to reach out to me she can but I am disinclined to call her due to her attitude on these reviews. I only hope my review will encourage other brides to seek out a different consultant or even a different boutique.

Shopping for my wedding dress here was the best experience I have ever had shopping! The owner is so incredibly sweet and easy to communicate with via email and phone. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about making the experience really special for each bride, with one on one, private appointments, an amazing selection of gorgeous gowns, and even a champagne toast for your entourage if you find "the one". She even checked with one of her designers to see if they could custom make a Juliet cap veil for me as no one seems to sell them and I have my heart set on one. I could not have asked for a better experience shopping for my wedding dress. I recommend Molle Bridals 100% to anyone that is looking for an intimate and personalized bridal experience. I am very happy to say I bought my dress here and cant wait for my first fitting!

Molle Bridals was such a great experience! I requested a last minute appointment before flying back to Ohio and they brought in an extra stylist just for me. I actually found the dress of my dreams here and was able to take the dress with me that day! Jenn was so considerate and gave me time to think about my purchase and talk about it with my party. She is truly compassionate about her clients finding the right dress for the perfect day. She has created such a beautiful shop for a truly unique experience with dress shopping! I am so happy with my dress and I think every bride should have the same personalized and stress-free shopping experience! Thank you Molle Bridal!!

I started my bridal gown shopping at another store and had a miserable experience so one of my girls called Molle Bridals last minute and they gave me an appointment for that night. They even stayed late to accommodate my appointment. The gown selection was wonderful and exactly what I was looking for; they have so many beautiful gowns. I really dont think another boutique could come close to the experience Molle Bridals gave me. Jessica really listened to what I was looking for and found my perfect gown. I said YES to a KittyChen Couture gown and could not be more happy. Thank you Jessica and Jen for helping me find my dream dress!!

All I have to say is, PERFECTION!! From the minute we walked in, the lovely ladies were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to everything I said. The store was beautiful, set up for friends and family, and best of all, intimate and private so you can enjoy the process without too much chaos around you! The stylists knew exactly which questions to ask to find out how you really feel about a dress without being pushy or opinionated. They truly used their expertise to help adjust what they picked out to get closer to the perfect dress and because of that, I found THE DRESS!! I highly recommend Molle Bridals to every bride to be!

The salon was beautiful, the gowns were amazing and the customer service was excellent. Jessica was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made my experience one to remember.
