Ordered a custom made dress for daughters prom went over all the details with older lady. Went to pick up dress and was nothing like I ordered, when I confronted lady she lied and denied ever agreeing to the materials we chose. I paid extra for rhinestones and received sequins. She is dishonest and will take your money with smiles and once she has your deposit you are screwed. Cheap materials horrible customer service this place is a joke.

Absolute crap, Ive had several of my friends order dresses from here and the lady making the dresses gave them CRAP quality dresses. Not only are the dresses rushed and horribly made, she refuses to give back their money!!! Never shop from this store, its a waste of time the owner has terrible work ethic and she leaves all of her orders until the very last minute. Never shop from this store, I promise youll regret it. WASTE OF MONEY.

I got a prom dress made here back in 2015 and they did a great job ,be detailled and specific in what you want for better results.I had sketched what i wanted on a piece of paper and we discussed it and chose the fabric (bring picture examples if you can because sometimes designers cant see what you see),came back for a fitting made adjustments and asked for added jewels but overall it came out good

My friend ordered a dress and gave the lady more then enough time to create it for prom, it is a week before prom and when she received it, the dress was nothing like what she asked for. After asking the lady to do it over again even with pay, her response was "She was to busy". Prom is now on Friday and my friend has no dress. Also the lady will not give the money back. Horrible.

These people doesnt respect deadline. They suppose fix my daughters dress for her graduation. Not only the dress werent ready they lied and ask me to come back when i came back the shop were close.. I dont encourage people to go there. Worst shop ever
