Bijou Bridal was so unprofessional and just lacked customer service. When you walk in the store, they dont even help you select dresses. When I finally found two dresses that I liked, the SA took me to the dressing room. I cant speak on behalf of every bride but getting naked in front of a complete stranger can be very uncomfortable. The SA just handed me the dress and did NOT help me get into the dress. Instead, she stared as I struggled and had a look on her face of pure disgust. Before my appointment at Bijou Bridal I had been to 3 other bridal stores and their SAs were phenomenal. NOT the case here. Long story short, I was not pleased with how the dresses looked and was interested in trying other dresses (Even after feeling extremely uncomfortable) and the SAs response was " Please get dressed and when youre done meet me at the front of the store. I was shocked that this young lady (inexperienced) could have the audacity to speak to a customer like that. It might have been that my dress budget wasnt significant enough?! I simply got dressed and walked out of the store. If you want to have a pleasant dress shopping experience, please do NOT go here.

Finding my dress at Bijou was no trouble. I knew exactly what I wanted to try on and bought it without hesitation. The customer service afterwards has been a nightmare. The owner told me my dress would take 4 to 5 months to come in and that she would order a veil in them same shade as my dress so I could see it in store. Over 5 months go by and I have not heard anything from the store. I live two hours away so I give them a call: the girl on the other end says my dress is there but they do not call until they are ready for alterations. So time passes and I call again to schedule my first fitting. Turns out, my dress has not been delivered and they never ordered a veil. She said it takes up to 8 months for a dress which is not what I was originally told. Several weeks later they inform me that my dress has arrived. I picked it up to find multiple tears in the tulle overlay. I could not be more disappointed with my experience at Bijou. Needless to say, I will be finding my veil and doing alterations elsewhere.

This was the worst place ever to buy a wedding dress. A week before my wedding I still did not have a dress although I had ordered it from Bijou Bridal 8 months in advance. I got the dress the day before the wedding and despite the fact that they tried to fix it because they ordered the wrong size it was still not fitting me correctly. They did not care I was not happy with my dress since I had already paid for it. This was supposed to be a beautifu experience it ended up being a night mare. I would never recommend anyone to buy a wedding dress from here. Dont want anyone to go through what I went through. Do not buy a dress from here!! Awful customer experience.

Not only does Bijou Bridal have the most stunning dresses on the Mile (beautiful lace and only Swarovski crystals, not the cheap looking ones that turn yellow or fall out), but their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Unlike employees at other stores that either ignored me or acted as if I was inconveniencing them, the ladies at Bijou bridal welcomed me with smiles and treated me like family. I ended up purchasing my dream dress at a fantastic price. I also know my dress is one-of-a-kind because Bijou has their own private designer! You can browse the whole Mile, but the quality of service and selection at Bijou Bridal cant be beat!

I went to this store scared to find all the dresses too expensive because of the quality of the dresses and the location in miracle mile but little did I know that the dress I fell in love with was discounted for me at an exceptional price! Im so happy! I found my dress in my limited budget because they have a section of sample sale and Nora helped me a lot in all the process and even allowed me to pay the dress in different payments. I recommend this store to any bride, specially to the lucky ones because they have all types of gorgeous dresses!

I am IN LOVE with this boutique. Prices are extremely reasonable (quite surprising actually), customer service was amazing, and I definitely found the prom dress of my dreams. They were able to make any and all adjustments that I requested and it fit like a glove. Will definitely be shopping here in the future. Also!
