Recently, I had to purchase a new printer/scanner/copier. I am not an expert in the mechanics of printers but use all of their functions and many of the advanced features. Additionally, I have owned a number of different brands over the years. I visited a number of stores to inquire about the capabilities of various machines. The salespersons with whom I met had only very basic familiarity with the printers. However, when I met Assistant Manager Thom Nantz at this Office Depot, I found him to be very knowledgeable about all of the products. He answered all of my questions as they applied to each machine that was capable of doing my particular projects. I made the purchase and am happy with the result. Thank you, Thom Nantz!

Terrible. They cannot even perform the task of taking FedEx packages. The clerk tried to tell me my labels will not work - the ones we have been using for months. They tried to refuse accepting a package, citing their rule of "not accepting multiple packages banned together", when it was a single package. I was expected to wait on a manager, just to drop off a package. There is no action required on their part, other than to say "have a nice day" and let the FedEx driver do the hard part. But they manage to make the process difficult.

Dueling Dexperts

Staff is rude to each other and customers, their add is not the correct one, doesnt even match their signs. Always out of stock on items on the day the sale starts, and noone nows where anything is with out calling 3 other employees on their headset and having to cuss at each other first.

the print department in this store have the worst customer service, people without manners, no social skills, rude approaching, no even interest to help,clearly they hate their job. Charming way to lose a 9 years loyal customer

Very friendly, but the knowledge on products needs attention. We had to go through three people to find an answer and they ended up not having the solution. Not bad, but not exceptional either

Always nice, but employees not very knowledgeable about their inventory nor the equipment sold in the store. They either ride the in search of excellence train or the competition will.

Theyre ALWAYS slammed and never have the time or patience to assist customers with their printing needs. Horrible service :/ I hope it gets better....

Slow service and took too long to scan 20 pages and did it all wrong! Got home and had pages missing on a time-sensitive documents! Never going back!
