I wish I was able to give this store 0 stars. Upon entering this store with my bf whom work for the city of Bradenton and I am currently employed through Manatee County Government. We both were fresh off work and decided to do some last minute Christmas shopping for a windows 10 tablet. As soon as we walked in we were approached by a employee asking us right away what are we here for? First of all, i feel because of our race and the location of this store they probably thought we were there to steal. I am an African american, a hard working one at that and I refuse to lose my career at the Manatee County Government over silly items that I have the funds to purchase. And its the same with my boyfriend. Anyways so after he asked that question and directed us to the tablets and laptops. Once a decision was made to purchase the windows 10 table by neovision, I proceeded to ask about discounts for county government employees. The gentleman got confirmation from his manager that yes county employees receive discounts. Granted, I was given the discount that night. So we decided to come back for one more tablet the following day 12/22/2015 and I was told county employees do not receive discounts. I argued with the guy at the register about the discount and showed him proof "my receipt" that I was just there last night 12/21/2015 around 7pm Est and purchased a tablet and received a discount. He refused to apply the discount. Also 12/22/2015 we entered this store and was immediately watched throughout our shopping. Worst experience ever and I would never shop at office max again. I think with the location of Honore and Fruitville theres a lot of prejudice in that area and because we are African Americans we were watched the entire time, while shopping. We both are hard workers with great careers and there wasnt anything in that store we couldnt afford. I felt the service was rushed and because again we are African Americans they wanted to rush us out of the store. Thats fine with me, i just know where not to shop for now on.

DO NOT come here to print labels. The first time I went to print labels here, they said I had to drop it off because it took all day to convert a word document into labels. They called me over 7 hours later to pick them up. The second time I came to print labels, it was supposed to be easy because she has sent me a PDF from when they did it initially. I stood there for an hour and a half. All they had to do was print the labels from the PDF that they sent me from before. The first one came out right away, but it still took a half an hour because he was helping four other people at the same time as me while other employees were searching for something to do because "they werent behind the print counter today". As he was struggling with the second one to get it to print correctly, after another half an hour went by, I asked him to ask the girl if she knows how to do it because shes the one who help me last time. He insisted that shes just going to do the same thing that hes doing. So I started retyping ALL the addresses onto the other document in desperation. Well she came over after an hour and a half, said whats the problem, and did it in five minutes. I couldve screamed. They used two pieces of MY paper and STILL charged me $.30 to print. REALLY?

Never again! Your Sarasota store is either deceptive or incompetent. Wanted to purchase filing cabinet in photo below, especially since it was 50% off - there was a giant sign next to this cabinet? The manager tells me its only the marked items in a special section of the store that are 50% off. Sigh. The moron then tells me this item isnt in stock anyway and its a $25 fee to deliver it to my office. Really? Never mind that theres a huge banner that says "its guaranteed in stock or delivery is free" directly above the cabinet too! I have pictures, but cant post them in this review. So I return to trusty and reliable Amazon.

Dont purchase any furniture from here or get the store to assemble it unless you want a headache. I purchased a bookshelf that was supposed to be assembled today, but due to the stores poor IT management, the order was cancelled even though I already PAID. Not only that, now the assembly is delayed a whole week and I have to wait yet again! Seriously contemplating just taking the book shelf back and getting my money back. The manager didnt even call to apologize.

I went there a month after it had opened. I had great customer service from the moment I stepped into the store. I was greeted when the doors opened and during my browsing through the asiles, I was greeted within less than 20 seconds of entering it (that is the average time it should take) -- This happened in two asiles, good thing b/c any more and it would just be annoying :-) --

Poor service at print desk. I went to pick up my prints after being called and told they where ready. They where a real mess. Plans where shuffled between each other, left uncut and not stapled. I asked how this could of happen. The associate then blamed the computer for mixing everything up and left me to sort out the 45 page mess. I was charged $65 for this disservice.

Worst customer service ever. The manager did not care about his customers by not maching the price of an item from their own website. After that I tried to order an item that they had advertised that week and they could not even do that. If you want to shop of Office depot Go to the store on us 41.

4.5 Stars? This place is super nice, the employees are helpful—when they get over to you. The only issue with this store is the slower customer service. Dont get me wrong, the customer service is great! Its just a little slow. Dont expect to rush in and out if you request assistance in doing so.

This place is wonderful! My wife was out running errands and she had our 6 month old daughter with her so she was unable to carry all of the items she needed but Reggie helped her throughout the entire store and then helped her arrange all of the items into her car. Wonderful customer service!

I have shopped and used this print shop multiple times and they have always done great work. Amanda at the Print shop is great with customers. She often gets busy by the looks of things but she handles it well and does great work.

The cashier was so rude and mean,he was throwing the drawer of the cash register in front of me ,I been there many times ,today is the worst experience i ever had.It surprised me .
