I needed a set of blueprints copied & laminated. I took them in on a Sunday afternoon, there was 1 girl working in the print center. She said it would take a few hours because they were busy. I told her I would pick them up the next day. I called there Monday afternoon as I still had not received a call saying they were done. I was told they just finished them. This had been a full 24 hours. I picked up the job and drove an hour home. I was quite disgusted with the job that was done. 1 of the prints was not fully laminated it was ran through the machine obviously crooked. There is a good 2 feet of laminate hanging off the other side. It was 1 continuous sheet, not even cut apart. Oh and for this horrible job I paid $78. I called and spoke to a manager, he offered to re-do the job and give a $20 discount. I guess to him an hour drive each way is nothing. I told him in the future I wouldnt have them do this type of service. His response? Ok then. Never again!

You must be a real idiot if you cannot work a fax machine. The person who sent this hit redial or just didnt care. It came to me not Clearwater Florida. I bet your customer appreciates that you share her $ info with the public.

I was glad there was a Staples near me, but the service was poor quality, unpleasant, and dismissive. I will go somewhere else and do business there, instead of being insulted as a customer.
