Warning: Do not use the print and copy center unless you want to have a bad day. I politely sent one of my staff members to staples to make prints.. Shes a nice young lady and the two staff members that were there made her wait literally 50 minutes for absolutely no reason and they kept telling her to hold on just a second even though she was the only one in the store. Finally when they decided to take her request they lied to her and told her that they dont do prints on color paper, which they do because Ive been getting them done there for the past 5 years. They are bullies and overall bad human beings. Dont let your negative emotions carry into your work ethic or you dont deserve a job. These two female staff members were on the clock at 2pm and todays date is April 7th 2016. Staples is going to continue to lose business from consumers and businesses like us if this arrogance isnt fixed. Update: my staff member called me and said they intentionally sent her to a self printer that has no ink and went on lunch break. Now our operations are running behind.

Worst service I have ever had! Do not use the Copy and Print in this store. I went to pick an online print order that was printed incorrectly and I had to go back to get a new printing. I asked the manager how to keep from this happening again and he told me to put Actual Size in the Special Instructions section. I did that for my last order but they still printed the order wrong. I called the store to find out how to correct the order and the Copy and Print Associate said she would transfer me to he boss. I waited for 15 minutes on hold and called Copy and Print again and was on hold for 5 minutes before I decided I would go back and get my order reprinted and never, I repeat never set foot in this store again. You have been warned dont waste your time with this Copy and Print ship of fools.

I had a book that frequently use unbounded there and they cut it unevenly. When asked about it, the lady at the printing area said it was a problem with the machine and immediately called the manger. As I was explaining the situation to the manager, the lady had the audacity to give me attitude! The manager said nothing other than tell her hell handle it. Handle what ?? I merely told him the situation, told him my book is already ruined and nothing else could be done about it and walked away. The customer care at the store was infuriating! And the fact that she talked to me like that in front of the manager and the manager allowing it baffles me. Smh.

This business apparently doesnt value hiring people that understand that the customers are human beings. Ive been her several times and the staff members especially the girls always literally ruin peoples day. Its fine though because theres no need to go to staples in 2016 except for prints. everyone knows that in store electronics are alllways overpriced. Whats the incentive to come to staples and not just buy from amazon?? So if the only redeeming quality is the print section and the print section is bad because of the staff members, then what value do you have for us as customers, staples?? This is why big businesses often close down.

Im giving 3 stars because the self service printer wasnt printing my documents correctly. I kept reviewing duplicates of 1 attachment instead of my 5 separate attachments. The email option also would not let me edit the email body being sent. I was upset and your csa helped me out. If I was Completely dependent on the self service machine I wouldve been late to work. It took 3 minutes to print one document. The concept sounds great but the speed of the machine needs to be faster and the accuracy of prints needs to be more precise.

I went to make copies in their copy center. The lady asked if I was here to pick up on said no and continued to wait as she worked with a customer. She later asked me if I was dropping off an order and moaned under her breath and continued to look annoyed. I was not rushing or annoying her. She then gave me an email to submit with no time frame or anything. Being understaffed is understandable, but lack of information and being annoyed with customers is not acceptable.

The store is understaffed and horribly managed. I needed to buy a single pack of pens for the office and here I am standing seventh in line with one cashier going. I look to tech and theyre busy with one person and the poor sod working on the floor cant sit still for the flood of customers that need help. The store, and the company as a whole, needs to understand that having one person on each floor is about as smart as driving while texting.

Understaffed, lack of project knowledge, slow checkout registers. I wouldnt shop here again. They just lost $300 to $500 worth of sales on a network switch, a SSD, a power cord and a UPS/Battery Backup.
