I ordered my wife a bouquet for Valentine’s Day (Monday), when she brought them home I noticed only 2 of 32 buds had fully opened. I left for business Tuesday morning and returned Thursday night. Still the roses had not opened. I waited the weekend. Throughout the weekend the entire bouquet was nearly dead and still only two buds had completely opened. It became clear the roses were cut too early. When I called to complain the owner, Bill, informed me there is a tag on all of their flowers stating you must call within 24hrs if you have complaints (which there was not). He advised me that if buds don’t open, that is not their fault and they do not guarantee their product. This is the most expensive florist in town. It’s a shame they don’t stand behind their product or customers. The only offer for compromise was to bring the flowers to him and they would replace "some" of the flowers. No refund, no discount on future purchase. I will never buy from this establishment again.

I attempted to order flowers for Mothers Day. I called through my local florist in Portland, OR on Friday and placed an order for $40 of cut flowers. Saturday morning I received a call from my florist saying that my order had been refused by Artistic unless I spent at least $15 more money. Artistic received my order request Friday afternoon. They waited until 11:30 AM Vero Beach time, one half hour before the deadline for Mothers Day flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day to refuse my order and demand more money. I turned down their demands, which I felt were intentional to extort more money by eliminating my alternatives. I will never deal with this florist again.

Love, Love, LOVE Artistic First! What I think I love most about them (besides them as individuals) is they truly care about their customers and want to get it just right. For example: when it comes to doing flowers for a Memorial/Funeral. They learn about the loved one and just nail it when it comes to capturing the personality and the heart of the family and the one lost. Weddings too! They put thought and sincerity into their work. They make it what the customer envisions. Couldnt ask for a better place for your special moments in life.

I cant believe how wonderful my experience was with Amy and her design of my Mothers flowers for her 90th Birthday. I live in Michigan so your ordering over internet. The flower arrangement my mother received was better than the picture on web site. She also put on her sign outside her shop a happy 90th Birthday Irene which I never asked her to do. What a wonderful thoughtful thing to do. Now on the way to church my mother will see it. Thank you Amy so much you made her day special

EXCELLENT FLORIST! New ownership in 2015 with creative designs and amazing customer service. Amie delivers flowers to all my employees on their birthdays, includes a free cupcake from Classy Cupcakes and of course, puts their name on the marquee out front. Really helps me make their day special by designing arrangements to fit their individual personality. She also delivers our personal flowers which brighten our home. Cant say enough about how happy I am with Amie and crew!

This is a great florist. I called from California to order flowers for my Moms 60th Birthday Party at her club. Amie was so helpful working with me over the phone in selecting the perfect flowers. When we arrived we were blown away at how beautiful everything was down to the last detail. Definitely would recommend them and Mom said the flowers lasted well over a week after we returned home!

The name of this place is artistic first, but let me tell you their real motto is customers first! The whole staff is so welcoming and really help you pick out the perfect arrangement for your occasion! My flowers turned out even better than I could even imagine! The delivery was prompt and very easy and convenient. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Every time I see the flower arrangements from Artistic First Florist I am amazed!!! Each time the arrangements are more and more beautiful and totally unlike what I see from other florists. The designers do an amazing job from simple small arrangements to large and lavish arrangements. They are always fresh and beautiful. Dont order from anyone else!!!
