This was a horrible experience. Found the place online, as I do not live in the area. A family member was having surgery, so I placed an order through the website for flowers to be delivered that day (a Monday). The website allowed me to place the order for same day delivery. A couple of hours later, in the afternoon, I called the store to confirm that the flowers would be delivered that day - no answer. Then again, later in the afternoon, no answer. No recording indicated the store was closed for Presidents Day, no message on the website said the store was closed for Presidents Day. By the tine I decided the store was nevertheless closed, it was too late to order from another florist for same day delivery. The next day, I had the flowers delivered anyway (late) but the employee I spoke with said no manager was there to discuss a partial credit but would call me that afternoon. More than a week later, after multiple e-mails, I finally got an e-mail from the general manager refusing to acknowledge that the system should not have permitted me to place the order for delivery on a day when delivery was impossible. He refused to provide even a small credit on my purchase. He eventually offered a modest discount on a future order but I would never order from this place again. If you are a florist that wants to be closed for Presidents Day, be my guest. But let your customers know youre closed and dont accept an order for delivery on THAT day. Leave a recording on your phone - it takes less than 1 minute. If you have a website, update it. There are plenty of other florists in Weston - take your business where it will be appreciated.

I wanted an arrangement from a local florist to support our businesses here rather than a billion dollar conglomerate delivery company. I searched online for the flower arrangement that I wanted for Mothers Day, and then called the store to order it and set up a pick up time. The arrangements that they offer on their website are beautiful, and in my opinion the nicest in the city that I could find. When I called to place my order, which was a $69 arrangement, the lady on the other end had an extremely rude demeanor throughout the conversation. She stated that one of the flowers wasnt available for the arrangement and could be replaced by calla lillies, which I thought would be lovely since I think calla lillies are beautiful. However, the phone call felt like she was trying to get my purchase and get me "out the door" as soon as possible. When she asked for my credit card information, I had to "pause" her and ask her how my new arrangement would look, how many calla lillies would be included, etc. She just stated "I dont know that information. If you want something nice you will have to pay at least $100." When I questioned her more about how the calla lillies would look, she repeated the same thing. By that point I was very frustrated and stated that I would like to know more details of the arrangement that I was purchasing. I was no longer interested and decided to purchase an arrangement from a different local florist.

I had a wedding in January and asked to have closed Peonies (ofcourse if they opened its was going to be fine) Teresa, the owner said ofcourse we can get you peonies how you want them. That being the main reason why I went with her as a florist. Down the line and getting closer to my wedding day she kept giving excuses and telling me ok well you have to relax and if they come closed and kept on insisting to change the flower. I mean if your not sure you cant get the flower then just say so! On my wedding day, my bouquet of Peonies where sticky and un manageable. Yea I wanted closed peonies but did they have to drench some sticky glue on them? To the point where the pedals where getting stuck on to the table cloths... Also for the pews at the church I PAID and signed the contract that I wanted babys breath bushes and got 1 rose per pew?? How is it that I paid for something and signed it in a contract and gave her pictures of what I wanted and she gives me 1 rose per pew? Also paid for garlands in the vase for the church. And I never got that either. YES I WAS VERY SPECIFIC But i went to the shop and gave them pictures I practically designed it all with their approval and yet they were professional about their work. If A customer asks for something say yes I can do it and do it or say sorry we cant do that. Its that simple. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. IF THEY CAN SCREW UP A WEDDING THEY CAN SCREW UP ANYTHING.

Living Sculpture Sanctuary

Last weekend, we had the time of our lives celebrating the Union of our Family with family and friends, who are our chosen family, at our beloved Living Sculpture Sanctuary. In many cultures, water is a symbol of life, of cleansing and strong unions. Rain is also a symbol of fertility. Therefore, we were not surprised by Mother Earth bestowing upon us abundant rain drops of happiness as a blessing to our union on this magical day. However, this life giving water brought along certain challenges to the original set up of our union event. But the challenges were competently overcome by the outstanding hard work, commitment and passion of the Art of Flowers team, who are truly artists in their field. Our Family is humbled and immensely grateful by the unparalleled display of love, commitment & professionalism shown by Teresa Waite, Andrea, Rosalba and Clara who excelled at their floral artistry in spite of the wet grounds. Their flower arrangements were absolutely mind blowing! A big thank you from the McKee family!!!

That first purchase was about six months ago. Now, I only purchase from Art of Flowers, whether for arrangements at the office or for my home. Absolutely amazing florist! It was so wonderful to work with Teresa and Clara. We really appreciate their professionalism and the extraordinary service. I recently had my wedding and the church, ballroom and bouquets were simply astonishing. The colors and types of flowers were fresh. I was an out of town bride and was always confident that they would provide such beautiful decorations and they did! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
