The couple who run this quaint flower shop in Cauley Square Historic Village made my experience excellent from start to finish and deserve nothing less than a 5 star rating. I placed an order for some sympathy flowers on Tuesday and was able to pick them up in less than 2 hours. They deliver as well for an extra charge. They took extra care to place the flowers (which were in a vase) in a box so that it would be protected. The man who works there was always courteous with me and even carried my flowers all the way to my car. Tambien hablan espanol! They have a great selection online on their website and you can either order online or through the phone. I know I will come back to this florist if Im ever in this area. Thumbs up!

This is the worst flower shop ever! I ordered flowers for my mother on valentines and yes I understood they were going to be a little late in that day to get delivered, they called her up to let her know they were going to be a little late, but failed to mention they were going to be 6 DAYS LATE!!! My mother and I were so upset. I totally regret having orderd from this shop. They never took the courtesy to call me or my mom back after leaving several messages. To anyone in miami, dont make the mistake I made in ordering from the village florist. Sincerely, a totally disappointed customer.

I was needing a last minute birthday gift for someone who does not like to celebrate their birthday. I found The Village Florist after doing some searching, and chose them because they offered same day deliver in the Miami area. The website and ordering process was very easy, and the flowers were delivered within just a few hours of being ordered. I selected the Daily Special, and what arrived was a beautiful selection of flowers nicely arranged in a small vase. Great experience from beginning to end, and I would definitely order from them again next time I need flowers!

Thanksgiving Flowers Miami! The Village Florist Miami designed a custom holiday floral arrangement for my inl-aws in Miami and offered same day delivery and beautiful flowers at an unbelievably reasonable price. I was so impressed with Miami Florist and owner, Melissa, who assured me the arrangement for Thanksgiving would be magical and as with all of her orders, it would be delivered with smiles. I am super pleased with the Cauley Square Flower shop and they are going to get regular business from me each and every holiday! Thanks Melissa!

Melissa was such a sweet lady! I ordered the arrangement at 11:00am and the flowers arrived on the same day at around 4:00pm. The bouqet looked fresh and well compiled, I believe they even threw some extra flowers in there because it looked much fuller than I had anticipated. The woman who delivered them even sang happy birthday to my mother and my mom loved it!. A quick tip would be to call instead of ordering online, they give you priority over all of the other 1-800 customers.

First time using this florist. I was surprised to receive a phone call from the owner advising that the flowers I ordered were not available. He proceeded to tell me what he had to offer and I told him to use his discretion as the flowers were for my assistant and they needed to be beautiful....and beautiful they were. What an amazing arrangement. Never have I had such good service and especially so caring as to his product. kudos to you at The Village Florist.

Awful! Never ever use these people. They accept online orders and advise day of funeral delivery they could not do it. The Interaction via text with these people is something to read. Its like they care less the level of service they provide. If youre out of state do not use these place. Stay away! If youre local go to a more refined and professional shop. I should have stayed from this area.

Terrible Service. They delivered my order a month early for a birthday. Didnt return any emails with the issue, had to call and the owner acted like it was no bid deal, then promised to re-deliver on the right date, as it were that easy to fix. When I inquired about the redelivery, they never responded. They need to go out of business instead of ruining customers experience.
