If you want customer service and professional experience DO NOT order flowers from this place. Horrible experience! I ordered Mothers Day flowers for my mother in law over the phone and the man that said hes the "manager" was the one who helped me with the order. He never specified anytime of delivery or ever told me about the hours they will be delivering. One assumes it will be delivered at an appropriate time during the day but apparently they deliver flowers on Mothers Day until 11pm!!!!! My mother in law never was able to receive her flowers because they got there at 6pm. Sorry, but I think thats a horrible time to be delivering Mothers Day flowers! My mother wasnt home anymore by that time! Then they called her to tell her they were outside and she told them that was a bad time to be delivering them and she wasnt home anymore. She gave them another address to where she was and they never came or called. So I had to call the next day and complain and they didnt want to give me my money back. They said that they will give me a store credit or redelivery. Who wants that after that experience? Who would want to work with this company after that.??? Very crappy service!

Horrible experience. This place is unprofessional and very shady. Flowers never got to the recipient. They expect their clients to be happy with their service when they deliver holiday flowers at a very late time in the evening. Apparently they deliver flowers until 11pm on holidays. Who the hell wants to receive flowers so late? Then when you call them to get your money back for such carelessness they refuse to. Dont ever expect to get your money back from them even though its their failure to give customer satisfaction. Since they are a tiny little family business theres no code of ethics or customer service skills at all. Then the man I spoke to wants to try and pretend hes someone else on the phone.... when I know who I was talking to I could recognize the mans voice. Yes... I recognize it. ;) nice try. If I could give less stars I would... I have to pick 1 star. ...Lol okay, and no one is asking for a EXACT time... again, you and your company knows that what you did was wrong in your part. Point blank.

I bought roses last year from this florist that died in three days. I took them back and after some haggling, they did replace the roses. I decided to give them another try this year. Wow! A total disappointment. I asked for a dozen roses in a vase and decided to pick them up instead of. Well, the roses they had arranged for me were dry, waxy and soft. Fresh roses have tight bulbs and the edges are not dried out.. When you squeeze them they are quite firm. Tight, firm roses will last a week or even longer. The bulbs of the roses they were trying to sell me were soft, mushy to squeeze. Thats a definite sign of flowers are old and that may, if youre lucky, last you approximately three days. When I expressed my disappointment the owner simply said, take it or leave it. Quite rude. Good luck to anyone that buys from this shop.

I would highly recommend The Special Touch Flower Shop!! Irene went above and beyond to create this beautiful European Dish Garden. The basket arrived on time as promised. Irene was very pleasant to deal with. She patiently answered all my questions...and I had several...at no time did I feel rushed. My Sister-In-Law really liked the dish garden.
