I drove all the way from Riverview based on the reviews and online portfolios. I was looking for a coverup, if it was possible. I spoke with an artist, fully understanding that I may not be able to get what I had envisioned. I made an appointment for about a month and a half from the date that I went in for the estimate. I was assured by my artist that he was very responsive to customers and that he would work with me. I paid a non refundable down payment of 100 dollars for my appointment. I was told to think of concepts and ideas. When I asked how I was to send them, I was told texting would be ok. I texted repeatedly and never got any sort of response. I didnt get a drawing or an email or anything. Nothing. When I made the appointment, I made to specifically get in an out before I needed to be at my sons school to pick him up. My tattoo would have started as a coverup but ended up a decent sized back piece. So it was going to require multiple sessions. I am pretty pissed off. Im sure the work is phenomenal, for some of the artists, but at this point, feel like my money was essentially swindled right out of my pocket. I would just love a refund, but I know that isnt going to happen. I mean if I cant trust the artist to do what he says intros of customer service, how can I trust him to put ink on my body. Careful who you trust....

I previously had a problem with this shop and their lack of customer service, and responding to customers in a timely manner. My husband and I came in because the reviews were some of the best in the area, and while the tattoos are excellent the customer service is SERIOUSLY lacking. I was going to go elsewhere, but the owner told me to come in and explain why i was upset. So i did, and he ended up giving me a gift certificate for all the confusion. Upon scheduling my appointment, the owner said I would be paying $200-300 more after the gift certificate. After canceling with a different shop that i would get the whole thing done for $350, and in one day. And Ive already paid $700 and its only half done.. I have no problem with lance, his work is beautiful. My problem is with the customer service and being told 5 different quoted prices (though I have heard of customers not getting quoted at all). I understand completely that it is just a quote, but when the owner of a shop tell you one thing and you end up paying 2.5 times more, I have a big problem with it. I will not recommend anyone go here to get work done.

I just walked out of Legendary Tattoo. I am a concert pianist. I am on stage all year long. Claudia, the owners mother tattooed my eye brows and she literally ruined my face. She referred me to a tattoo removal artist and said she will be responsible for payment. I went. The fixing of my eye brows will cost me $750 and she finally confirmed she is not going to pay for nothing. I am texting and e-mailing the owner of Legendary Tattoo, Mitch, and he is ignoring my messages. I wish I can post pictures to show everyone the terrible work that was done. I hope they step in to cover my expenses. If they do, I promise I will delete this review and give them the best review for assuming responsibility. If they dont, I will sue them at a Small Claims Court and I will let you all know the outcome of it. BTW, the new tattoo removal artist, blown away by the low quality of Legendary Tattoo work, offered to be my witness in court by presenting his professional testimony. Ill keep you all posted. I had my entire sleeve done here and couldnt be happier! Im not kidding when i say i cant go anywhere without people commenting and holding me up for 5 minutes to look at it and ask where i had it done. As far as cost goes, Mitch is much lower cost than artists within his skill level. His talent is that of an artist that would charge a few hundred an hr. Ive told him a lot of times hes selling himself short, but he says those are his prices and thats that! Ill be back for more ink, and id recommend this shop to anyone. Every artist Ive come in contact with has been super nice and professional. Just love this place!

Ive been a customer at Legendary Tattoo for the past five years have grown increasingly impressed with the work coming from this shop! Ive had approximately 24 hours worth of work on both arms and theyve come out flawless. All of the artists in the studio are friendly and the shop has a very relaxed hang-out kind of a feel. Ive spent hours in this shop and always feel like Im chilling out in my living room with a few friends. Customer service has been top notch from the start and, of the many shops Ive been in, it is by far the cleanest.

By far the Best tattoo shop in all of Tampa Bay area! Its worth the trip to Tarpon Springs for their service. The shop owned by Mitch has an amazing atmosphere and super clean. Lastly, its a tattoo shop thats run like a business that cares about the customer. Mitch, and the rest of the artists are super friendly and very talented. Best tattoo place! I have 8 tattoos and i have gotten 5 from here. I know most of the employees but i get most of my work done from Jon(Sandman) and have gotten work done from Mitch also. I will only get my work done from here. My mother and many people have also gotten work done here. I also got my nose pierced here and they did a fantastic job.

Great shop! Very knowledgeable and friendly crew. All the artists go above and behond to make sure you are informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. The Owner Mitch is an amazing artist and has tons of experience. Just got my 2nd masterpiece cant wait to go back for another. Check them out!

This tattoo was really special to me. I waited to find the right place. John took the time to go over different color options until we found the right one. It turned out beautiful. The shop is clean, the artists get along like family. It was a really nice experience. I will be going back.

Seriously, the best shop in tampa bay. The guys are awesome, and Josh did an awesome job on a tattoo that means a lot to me. The place is always clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some awesome art.
