I never leave reviews about places but the guy pauly who works here is so rude I walked out. The whole time he was doing my stencil he was acting like I was a huge inconvenience. The tat was simple. A cross. My only request was the cross not be very bulky, when I asked him to slim it up he complained and was cursing under his breath. I will never go here again. I can say the man doc was pretty nice but unfortunately he wasnt the one doing my tattoo, pauly needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. If someones putting something on their body for the rest of their life I think you should make sure that they actually like it and if they have any requests then you shouldnt have a problem fixing it. Ridiculous.

I went here at age 17 doc did my butterfly have bat wing with blood dripping down tattoo he was amazing and his kids are amazing people as well. And mike did my guitar for my papa tho its not how I wanted it. It still turned out amazing and I love that he at least try to see my vision. I would not say nothing bad about them or they shop. And if any of you have a problem with them than maybe take your own advice and sit the hell down and grow up good tattoos are not cheap. And kids are not aloud for the crying or running can be distracting in that type of work. Always jenny.d

Dont go here if you want a professional. We walked in with my son who is a BABY, a tall guy with long hair promptly pushed us away and said "no children". When I asked not even my son who doesnt walk yet or anything and would be held the entire time as I was simply getting a quick piercing, he walked away to the back mocking us saying "not even the baby" and chuckled. By far the worst and cold hearted person ever. My fiancé walked out with the baby but when I heard him mocking us, we left for good.

Shop is extremely clean , all the artists are very professional and do an exceptional job , i come from Canada every winter and go there to have my work done and have never been disappointed, they also care about there customers and money is not the biggest thing on there mind , they will not do a tattoo without making sure that the customer is of age and 100% sure that this is what they want, i highly recommend Aces and Eights , keep up the good work guys

I have gotten 6 tattoos here. Doc has beautifully done each one and they are gorgeous. The shop is always clean, hygienic processes are always followed. Docs work cant be beat. Ive sent several friends there because i dont have to worry a bit whether they will be treated well and get the best work possible. There is no other shop I would ever consider going.

Great work at competitive prices. Ive had all four of my tattoos done there, three by Paul and one by Bruce. See Paul if youre having any grayscale shading or photorealistic work done. Bruce is quite competent as well. My only complaint is that nobody seems very friendly. Dont let their standoffishness put you off -- the quality of work is more than worth it.

I recently had my Letttering done for a memorial for my grandmother. Im not sure what everyone is talking about when they say staff isnt friendly because the staff was awesome with me. We talked the whole time he was doing my lettering and he did an awesome job. Definately going to go back for my next tattoo. Thank u!

Awesome Shop had 2 of my tattoos done by the artist in their shop, Doc and Bruce. They were both great. Have the best price in the city. Very Respectful. They both put a lot of detail into their tattoos. They really make you feel comfortable, and they both give great conversation. 5 star Shop Hands down

Got a tattoo here almost ten years ago it was my first tattoo for my brother Matty b my Nana and my grandfather passing away its a cross I dont remember who did it but they knew my brother and my family. Awesome work still looks great ready to come in soon for more work and piercings.

horrible customer service I go in and wait a guy asked me what I needed and he said he would be with me in a moment and I sat and waited while he played around with his kids in the back until I got fed up and left i will never go back again stay away from this place people

They do good work, but their customer service sucks! They are not friendly at all, and they act like its an inconvenience to wait on customers. Im a friendly person and paying good money for a tatoo. The person whos doing it better be friendly as well!

They have no respect for their clients . You speak to them up front about your budget and they do what ever they want and then charge you triple the agreed upon amount. I will never return nor will I tell any one to go their . Worst experience ever.

Love this place! Doc did a cover up on my leg an cant even see the old tattoo. Pauly did my whole back an was so patience with me when I moved or squirmed around. Love this place, definitely would recommend to anyone!!!!!

Got matching tattoos with my moon here and all the red in both hearts had came almost completely out, it has the word love under it in cursive and the e isnt even connected to the rest of the letters. NEVER going back

I had my nipples pierced here and both are crooked as hell. The older guy that did them obviously doent know whats hes doing, so for piercings id look elsewhere
