My fiancé and I really did our homework looking for an engagement ring. We armed ourselves with lots of knowledge about the four Cs, and visited several jewelry stores searching for either separate stones or complete rings, but still couldnt find anything that we really liked. So we decided to check Craigslist online. Being in South Carolina, we checked all the major cities hoping to find something special. Luckily, Paul had advertised two unbelievably superb rings on the Charleston site. I called him to inquire about them, and found Paul to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He not only told me about his rings, but even helped me find information about two other rings we had found online from private sellers. He never talked down other rings. He was truly concerned about making sure we found the perfect ring. That evening I told my fiancé about my conversation with Paul. We went on LCRINGS website and found it to be by far the best jewelry website wed ever seen; extremely well done. She was so impressed that the next morning, we left South Carolina on an eight hour drive to Tampa to meet with Paul. We found him to be totally professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about finding us the perfect ring. He never steered us toward or away from any particular choices. We found the perfect ring with Paul at an incredible price. The quality and value of our ring was unbelievable. We had even gone through my fiancés uncle who is a diamond broker, and he couldnt come close to the deal we got with Paul. The appraised value was well above what we paid. He even arranged to have it sized for us the same day. We also ordered matching bands from him. This story about our search and eventual decision to meet with Paul cant describe our happiness with the decision to make that trip. Ive never written a review online before this, but I want anyone who visits his website to know what a professional and personable jeweler Paul really is. I give him and his company my highest recommendation.

I started look for a ring for my then fiancé about a year ago I went to all the generic jewelry stores in the malls knowing that the mark up on there stuff is major. I was getting discouraged I then heard about a few different jewelry stores on the various radio stations locally, I visited a few of them but just did not feel comfortable once I talked to the personnel they had . I am always on craigs list and started noticing really professional looking photos of really impressive looking rings. I decided even thou I was a little concerned of dealing with someone I did not know on craigs list to call. The person on the other end of the phone was very polite seemed very knowledgable.so I decided to make a appointment and see what this was all about. Not knowing what to excpect I was absolutely blown away Paul was very personable and professional from the start . He let me talk about what I was looking for and seemed to be genuinely interested in what I had to say. He then showed me many many different rings a allowed me as much time as I wanted to take.. I norrowed what I liked down to two choices but could not decide, he took the time and made me a very high quality video of the two rings so I could take with me to think about. There was absolutely no preasure whats so ever. I called him several times in the next week or so with a few question which he once again was very patient. I ended up making a decision and purchased a ring from Paul. My now wife was blown away with the ring when I gave it to her and have had so may complements on the ring.The price was so much cheaper than any other place that I had gone to. I spent over three weeks going from jewelry store to jewelry store in the Orlando, Florida area. I also spent countless hours on Google and YouTube educating myself and researching how to shop for a diamond ring. What quickly became clear was how dishonest and misleading the majority of the sales people are at both big chain jewelry stores and Mom n Pop stores. I initially did not want to shop on Craigslist, for the obvious reasons, but I am glad that I tried searching. Thats how I came across Paul Yost at LC Rings. I saw his listing which had the most beautiful diamond I had seen for an unbelievable price. I was a skeptic at first. I really didnt want to drive to Tampa just to be disappointed, but I couldnt stop watching the high quality video of the ring. Unlike all other experiences, Paul scheduled a private meeting and was extremely professional. His knowledge was great. Even when I tried to bait him, he refrained from giving me a sales pitch and remained professional. The ring did not disappoint; it was even better in person and the price was as advertised. Since paying for the ring Ive had several communications with Paul via text and email. He has continued to respond quickly. It is not very often that I say this but there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this entire transaction. I will certainly recommend Paul to all my friends and family.

I was looking for a very specific diamond for my fiance’s engagement ring recently; a 2+ carat Asscher cut, which is very hard to find locally. Im a very savvy buyer that rarely pays retail, and so when I ran across Mr. Paul Yosts diamond broker business, with his incredibly low prices and that fact that hes located near the top of the very prominent Regions Bank building in Tampa, I thought this would be the perfect place to get a great diamond! It turns out my instincts were completely correct! Paul was incredibly professional, and once he explained his business model, I knew I had made the correct choice for such a special purchase. Paul had a nice selection of settings, but I knew my fiance had something very specific in mind, and I wanted to have the ring to give to her on Christmas eve, so he allowed me to temporarily purchase one of his settings so I could make that happen!! We ordered the permanent setting, which came a few weeks later, and he bought back the original setting. I thought this was INCREDIBLE customer service, something I wouldnt have gotten anywhere else!! I cant compliment Paul enough; he did everything possible to make this purchase a complete success, my fiance was absolutely blown away by the engagement ring, and it looks stunning on her! We plan to go back to him soon to purchase our wedding bands... Thanks again, Paul!

I want to start by saying that no matter how much I write in here I will not describe How pleased I am with the customer service and professionalism that Paul provided me. I was starting to look for a diamond ring for my wife to celebrate our 15 year marriage and looked in Craigslist and after seen some adds I came across Low Cost Rings add and I could not believe the prices so I called totally expecting to be a scam and when Paul answered he was so professional and gave me the address to meet him at the place. When I got there he was great he was patient and even teach me so much about Diamonds no pressure and very very professional and everything he sowed me was amassing the quality and the price was the only thing that didnt match because obviously was very high Quality and the prices ware like I was in wall mart buying fake stuff everything is certified and appraised again I could go on and on how amazing this guy is an his service and product but you will no have an idea until you go there. Hopefully I dont create a rivalry for him with the other Jewelry stores in the Bay area with what I am going to say but dont even waste your time going any where else this is the place to go. i will go to him every single time from now on.
