DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! First I do not like to leave reviews but, when a place of business goes the extra mile to make me miserable, I go the extra mile to let everyone know. I went there to get an engagement ring, and there product, although nice, but overpriced BIG TIME, but I wanted the best for ny girl, ao I went with their layaway plan, everytime I went in the store to pay on the ring I was hassled with the question, Are you paying it off today? Its layaway!! When I pay it off you will be the first to know! I was told that I get my money back if I decided to cancel, without penalty well life happened and I had to cancel, Thee worst experience ever! They did everything they could to keep my money, corporate will not help you and everybody lies to cover their asses. The store employees were lying and blaming coperate and vice versa. After five hours of being on the phone and waiting around in the mall, on a phone call back that I NEVER got from Natasha at corporate they finally gave me my money back, I had to call my credit card company because I closed a card but they were adamant to put the money back on that card lying saying it was legalities, and I used a pin number when I made the payments. Please people if you want a good experience, go to Kay, or Littman they were very nice and I have used them before to buy things for mothers day and had ZERO problems, I should have stuck with what I know, but at least now I know and can help others by sharing this.

Ive been building my mother a beautiful memory bracelet for 3 years and have had one problem after another. Went all the way up the "chain" to have it fixed. Got the runaround for the last year regarding supposedly defective jade(ever heard of defective stone?)...charms fall apart...bracelet issues...all genuine sterling silver...but benefit of doubt I gave them...never again...Never again will you have my business...beyond upset...Ive been talking to them for months. They wouldnt do anything at the store level which i was shocked by... then they supposedly reached out to their distributor that makes the Expressions charms and they wouldnt do anything. One of the charms is "their stores I Am Loved" charm that half the stones fell out of...and they wouldnt do anything...they lied and said they called me Thursday and I went to the store Saturday because I hadnt heard from them... when I said that they had nothing to say...
