When you order thing online they are really slow on getting them out to you. I think they need to find a better way on getting things out faster. Usually if I pay for 1-2 shipping. I dont have to wait for a company to take a week to process a product thats not even out of stock and send it to me. I bought some products and they worked great. But the online process is ridiculously slow and the email communication timely response could be better timely as well. If you going to have a response time of 24-48 hours, someone should get a response to there question and not a generic one with in that time. If you also try and call no one answers the phone number provided on the website. Theres no customer service available.

I previously owned a waist trainer corset from a different store and it took a year before I had any issues, so tried this store because it popped up in my news feed several times. I spent $200 for Green Tea Skin toner and two different styles of waist trainers both of which were sized for me before leaving the store. Well long story short one of the waist trainers hooks popped revealing that glue is the only the holding it in place (no stitch, or any other reinforcement?? )and the other corsets steel bones are weak and bend easy leaving scars and bruising on my side. A waste of $200.

I made a purchase last month online for a garment and never received it . I pat extra to receive the garment in 1 to 2 business day and it didnt come so Ive been calling and emailing and havent received a message or anything. Dont buy anything from here its a Damn scam
