I went into The Gift Box Boutique for the first time and was very impressed by their selection and friendly employees. I like to shop in stores that treat me well and I like to support small businesses when I can. I bought a Nora Fleming cake pedestal stand for a bit over $60. When I stopped back 2-3 weeks later, there was a 20% off sales on all NF pieces. I asked if they would honor the 20% off piece ( I didnt have the receipt with me however it could be looked up in their computer) The owner said they would not because I was outside their return policy time frame. I guess I was hoping for a good will gesture as I went back into the store preparing to buy additional pieces to match the cake stand. I personally believe the good will gesture would have gone a long way with me. I am only 10 minutes from the store and was going to put this on my list of new favorite stores but now, wont return here and will let others unfortunately know about my experience. I will say they have an nice assortment of items to pick and choose from if youve never been in there. However, a small business owner should always look for ways to keep existing customers because repeat business is their lifeblood . In this case, they lost me as a customer and all my future business.

I was very surprised at how many different kinds of things were in this boutique. Im typically not a boutique shopper, but I ended up finding the perfect gifts for my family, both men and women, at this store and I had a blast watching everyone open gifts this year. I will definitely be there next Christmas and for any other gift needs I have in the meantime.

This place caught my eye! It has an amazing selection of gifts for everyone. I couldnt stop roaming through and looking at everything that an hour later I was still in there! Got some very cute and unique beautiful gifts for a few friends of mine
