Hello Ana! I cant begin to thank you for everything you and your staff did for my wedding in April! From the minute I stepped into your store I was swept off my feet! My Aunt June spoke so highly of you and I take her opinion very seriously so when my other options for beauty vendors miserably fell through I felt so foolish that I hadnt listened to her, but in no way did you and your staff skip a beat. From the trial to the day of I couldnt have been more pleased. Everyone was on time and ready to go on the day of, which I really appreciated. Everyone got along so famously its as if we were at our friends house at a sleepover! Jessica, who did make-up for the everyone is the most skilled beauty tech Ive ever seen! She had what i would describe as "The Everest of tattoo cover-up" in regards to my bridesmaids very large and very colorful tattoo. I was shocked, jaw-dropping shocked at how seamless the cover up looked and how perfect the result was. She looked absolutely stunning as well did my other bridesmaids. My make-up lasted all night and made me look and feel flawless, I cant thank her enough! Frederique also had quite the challenge on her hands. As you saw, my hair is a so long and thick and to ask anyone to curl my entire head seemed like a punishment, but Frederique was so wonderful and professional my hair never looked so gorgeous and everyone couldnt stop talking about it! Her skilled hands crafted not only my hair but my bridesmaids who had their own set of challenges and everyone looked fabulous! Ive attached some pics here for you guys to see but I am still waiting on my unwatermarked photos from my photographer which I will of course send to you also. Those photos will be posted in Platinum Weddings Magazine and I cant wait to sing your praises in print! Ill make sure to forward you a copy of that also. I hope everyone there is doing well, please forward my sentiment to everyone and next time Im in SRQ visiting my Aunt I will make sure to stop by. Best, Jessica Gonzmart-Matheny

I made the unfortunate mistake of booking an appointment here. I was in my friends wedding and that is where she had made her arrangements for her big day. I booked separately (that is key, separately), and everything was great until my car crapped out on me and I could not make the early appointment. I let them know the day prior that I would not make it. Well....when the bride (again, she booked separately from me) called me from her appointment saying that she was getting flack from one of the stylists there because I didnt make MY appointment. On her wedding day, they charged her $70 because somebody ELSE missed their appointment. I was never told of any cancellation fee and the stylist performing the brides service had to stop the other stylist from repeatedly harassing my poor friend with her smartass remarks. I then contacted the salon to let them know that they should give my friend her money back, leave her out of it, and settle the cancellation with me...quite rudely the staff went back and forth with me and then emailed the bride to bother her with it again!!!!!!! Un-stinkin-believable! I think $70 is excessive. $25 is a fair cancellation fee, not $70! Twist: The stylist harassing my friend ON HER WEDDING DAY was the owner, Ana. Ridiculous. Her hair looked beautiful, but Im certain other salons in Sarasota would do a great job and ALSO treat the bride with more respect. Look elsewhere, the last thing you need on your wedding day is added stress from the people doing your hair and makeup! Bottomline: Dont get your hair done here. It might turn into snakes and cause others to turn to stone. Or maybe, youll turn to stone when you meet the staff.

Please dont book them for your wedding, thy will ruin your day! I scheduled two stylist to come to my hotel on my wedding day to do my hair and makeup and a few of my bridesmaids hair. My sister asked for a blow out and they charged her $80 which is totally ridiculous considering they did my flower girls up dos for $25. The entire time the stylists were there they were complaining about how they had more jobs to go to and need to rush. Rush they did... First they did my make up, which looked completely terrible. I asked for light make up as we were having a casual, beachy wedding. What I got was a heavy face of make up that looked exactly like what the make artist was wearing. When I looked in the mirror I was very unhappy and decided to wash the make off and do my own. Next they did my hair. I showed them a picture of an up do I liked (curly, flowy bun) and ended up with a tight bun on top of my head. The stylist was in such a rush, she didnt even bother curling my pin straight hair and instead just pinned it in place in a way that made it look like it had been curled. The problem... when the up do fell out less than two hours later I had a mess of awkwardly straight pieces coming out of my bun and ended up having to take it all out and do it my self. They were so bad and so unprofessional that honestly believe whomever is posting positive reviews either was paid or is related to them. Please go somewhere else. They are total rip off for the terrible results you get.

This salon is a complete joke. I went in as a walk in Saturday and no one except the stylists were there (first mistake) but the owner said she would charge me 125 for highlights and lowlights so I agreed. I asked for a stylist who was good with blonde hair and the owner Ana said she could do it. She immediately went to the back and starting mixing color and came back about to put the dye in my hair. I was shocked - SHE MIXED THE DYES BEFORE ASKING ME WHAT COLOR I WANTED TO DYE MY HAIR. Realizing she obviously did not have any concern for what I wanted, I spoke up and told her I wanted to go very dark blonde with a cooler tone. (At the time my hair was a dark blonde with very warm tones). She shook her head and started to apply the dye she had already made up. She did not say a word to me from then on until the very end, only gossiping with all her other employees, talking bad about customers to them, and talking on the phone to people. I ended up with a very light colored blonde which is borderline gray, green and VERY stripey, not natural looking at all. Definitely not what I asked for at all. Then I go to pay and the lady charged me 160 - I told her the owner said she charged 125 and the lady told me they charge more to blow dry the hair but of course no one told me that and I was not asked if I wanted my hair blow dried or not. Had I known my bill would have come out to 200 and receive HORRID service and a disgusting hair color I would h

I cannot begin to describe how upset I am with my hair. First I was quote 55.. then I was quoted a little more because they were doing half balyage... Then proceeded to do a full one... Was there for 4 hours. This hair style looks NOTHING like what was pictured. I then wanted a trim for my ORANGE FRIED hair.. They charged me $70!!! For a trim only. I had no style, no layers. NOTHING. The full price came to $200 for a botched job.. I cried for a whole day afterwards.. My hair is half ORANGE and nothing like I asked.. All I got was fried hair. and a RIP OFF.. I am not one to complain about things but this is beyond terrible. I was so upset I had a close friend call for me and the lady wouldnt refund the full amount.. only partial still leaving me spending $100... I will never ever come back here and I advise you do not as well.. The owner was not nice at all. I cannot tell you how terrible a job this was. I couldve done better with no hair knowledge and boxed bleach at home.
