Was very disappointed in the hair cut puppy received. Its all uneven, choppy, spots missed, and big chunks of hair missing in spots. And not to mention I got charged more than I was quoted on the phone. I figured it would be ok because it would be worth it and I was wrong. I would understand if Nippet was freaking out but I was told she was very well behaved. They thought she was years old and had been to the grommets many times because she wad so well behaved. But no she is months old and this was her first time. Needless to say it was a very bad first grooming.

This is the best place I have found within 20 miles that truly cares about doing a great job of grooming, baths, and boarding! I have taken multiple pets there for over four years and have never had a bad experience. They are all very professional and polite! My pets always seem to be happy there while boarding and they always come home looking and smelling clean and beautiful! I recommend this pet boutique to anyone looking for great care and professionalism!

They are so good with my dog! I had went to a few different places before I finally found Bow Wow Boutique. My cockapoo Teddy would come home scared to death and hide under the bed for a week after being groomed at the other places I took him to, but Teddy LOVES the Bow Wow Boutique! He always looks fabulous and smells great, and leaves there my normal happy puppy, not terrified! Thank you to all the girls there for taking such good care of my little guy.

Fantastic people and great grooming! If you need a great place to bring your pets for grooming this is it! It is hard to believe anyone would ever give them a negative rating. They have always cared about doing a great job on my pets!!! My dogs just love going there and they come home looking fantastic! Highly recommended!!!!

The staff at Bow-Wow is amazing and dedicated. We were lucky to have them as a part of our Scottish Terriers care team. He had such a rough life even before we adopted him, Angela and all the staff at Bow-Wow are just amazing and I would gladly take any animal I had to them. Thanks so much for being so good to him and us.

Well, my mother always said " Not " to speak badly of people but.... This facility is not clean at all, the smell of stool was very overwhelming. I was very displased with my animals care and treament. Sorry, but I won t be returning.

Only bath first time. No biggy. Just snotty. So I figured, well snotty and +A. Nope. My yorkshire looks like a bald schnauzer in the face. Should have known by the snotty. Lol. Even asked for the teddy bear look.

We have Havanese and Maltese dogs and we received the best haircuts here, our dogs did not seem traumatized as they have with other groomers and the staff was extremely helpful.
