Seems like I am not the only one who gets treated like this... read the other reviews! I called in to place an order. I was told by a man who worked there he could not help me and hung up on me. Maybe this man misunderstood what I was saying so I tried calling back and he let the phone ring for over 5 minutes. (I just left it on speaker while I shopped at a different florist) Finally he answered then hung up right away. I called back again, then he answered and said he thought I was trying to "tweet" something on the internet. I told him I would like a custom order (something they provide as an option) and asked "do you have different color options available?" "Could I replace a yellow flower with a orange flower?" He said "No, you cant do that online." I said "I understand and that is why I am talking to you." He yelled and I quote "I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU FLORIDA FREAKS!" and "stop calling here I dont want to help you" then hung up on me again. Now I needed to know who this person was and how to report this obscene behavior and quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. He let the phone ring for even longer then 5 minutes this go around to finally answer and say "Kodi, I told you I dont want to help you, so if you call this phone again I will call the police and report you for harassment" I asked "I would like to speak to a manager or owner..." then he cut me off and said HE WAS THE OWNER! FOR OVER 25 YEARS! Im sure he wont do this to YOU now that this is all over the internet but remember when you are looking at him and he is looking back at you that you are just a FLORIDA FREAK to this man. If you want to say that I am not telling the full story I will leave you with this tid bit of information... I work as a customer service agent for one of the largest telecommunication providers in the world. It is my job to provide excellent customer service even if customers are yelling at me. I do well at this job because I am patient, understanding, and helpful. I just wanted some orange daisies for my fiances baby shower and got treated like this.

My fiance came home with Valentines day flowers and they were not the best looking. I asked him why he was upset and told me he order flowers and this is what he got. I told him it was ok. Well I called the florist to see what I can do. Because yes they were not right for the amount of money was spent. Well I called the florist and he could not find my order. He called after a few and located and he told me it was not his fault that flowers look like that. My fiance was late and he sold my flowers to another customer so that is what I got. I told him it was extremely unprofessional and that he should have not done that, he tried to give me store credit and refuse to give me my money back. Then said, " retard Florida and no one appreciate flowers here", and then i told him I just want my money back and ill be in. He told me, "i better not come in" and I told him that is ridiculous and Ill be in soon for my flowers or my money and called me a stupid little girl and that he will not talk to me because I did not purchase them from him, that my fiancee did. And then hung up on me. I went back to the florist with my fiance and there was a big dispute even with cops, and to no avail no money and no flowers!!! I did get store credit but I came home with nothing, Thank you James the florist for making an unhappy customer because of your sour, grumpy, and unhappy life to ruin other people happy occasions!!!!

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend a few days before Valentines Day to be delivered on Valentines Day. My flowers had not been delivered by 5pm, so I called to see what was going on. Supposedly their delivery driver didnt show up so they were way behind schedule. I was offered 25% off my next purchase....ok, understandable. 3 hours go by and my flowers still had not been delivered. I called again and found out that my flowers were still sitting in the fridge because they couldnt find my girlfriends place. I guess it wasnt a big deal to them because they didnt bother to call me to let me know. I told the owner I wanted the flowers for free because he failed to do anything correctly. His excuse was it had been a crazy day. Its Valentines Day dude!!! Be prepared for a crazy day!!! Anyways, he would only give me 50% off and I said I would have my girlfriend pick them up the next day. When she got there he gave her the wrong flowers. I called, AGAIN. I asked where were the flowers I ordered and he said he had sold them to someone else because "it had been a crazy day." I told him I wanted my money back and he said if my girlfriend brought back the flowers, that I didnt even order, he would give her the money. I told her to just hold on to the crappy roses he gave her because I wanted her to have something at least. Complete joke of a florist.

In a nut shell - got wrong information over the phone. Drove out of my way to get some flowers just to find out that they cant help me. Zero customer service. I needed some flowers right away. I called and asked if the shop only did special orders or if they had some flowers to pick from at the store. The man on the phone said that they will be able to help me out. When I arrived at the store, they had nothing but a couple of bouquets that were ready to be delivered or picked up. The fridge that normally stores fresh flowers was empty save for a couple of dying flowers. When I asked to see what they have in stock, he showed me the book of things they can make for me later. I told him I wanted something ready, and that I just called half hour earlier and told him that. Instead of acknowledging me, he turned around and went into his back room. I thought he was going to bring out something for me to look at, but a minute later I realized that he was just putting together another arrangement. I asked him "Are you done with me?" to which he basically said that was obviously the case. Thanks for nothing!

Called to see if they had a kind of plant in stock. I am always very quick, polite and to the point on the phone. The man said two words to me. Could he tell me if he had something in stock? "Yes." Does he have this kind? "No." Okay thank you very much. And then the sound of him clicking his reciever down. No okay have a nice day, no info if they ever carry what I was interested in or when it would be available. Just hung up on me. I didnt get the sense he was terribly interested in my business.
