Very disappointing. Flowers did not arrive until 5:10pm on Valentine s Day. Lucky for me the receptionist met the driver on her way out and brought them in for me. The bouquet had several broken stems (daisies, calla lillies, and roses), roses were browning and losing petals and even the vase was scratched. It looked like it was rolling around in the van all day and was delivered as an afterthought :( I would have had higher hopes for a local family owned business.
