My mother had flowers sent to me that she ordered through a third party, Avas Flowers, that were delivered through The Flower Box. I have bought better arrangements from Publix. The one I got has flowers that are old, petals practically falling off, and a lot of greenery for $75. Its a fine arrangement for $30, but not $75. I called The Flower Box to ask about the order. The owner took no accountability for the pathetic product that was delivered. She said she knows the third party overcharges, but still uses them to take her customers money and deliver garbage product, anyway. I asked how she planned to remedy the situation, and she offered absolutely nothing, saying I should take it up with the third party company. While I understand they are who initially took my money, Then Flower Box still gets their cut, provides, and delivers the product. Oh, and wrote on the card, as the message from my parents, "We hope you heel very soon!" Cant even spell elementary level words. I am all about small businesses, but this one KNOWINGLY allows a third party to take advantage of her customers and deliver trash to their front doors. Offered absolutely NO solution to the issue. Embarrassing product, embarrassing service, embarrassing sense of morality.

Very unprofessional delivery. The Florist is the local delivery person for 1-800-FLOWERS but doesnt care about customer satisfaction. I ordered flowers & chocolates for my wife on Mothers day and the Florist left a note on our door that she missed us. When I called her and asked about my order she claimed she had delivered the order. When I questioned her for leaving a note and no flowers she then claimed she left my package at another house and marked it delivered to 1-800-FLOWERS. I then stated, then you didnt deliver it you gave it away to someone else. Her answer was a very abysmal, "Well I guess they will be enjoying some flowers." My response was, "Well then I guess I am owed a refund." She quickly cut me off by saying, "Not from me!" and she hung up. If you want an unprofessional delivery and 100% unhelpful and un apologetic attitude with your flower delivery, then this is the place for you. I will be ordering from someone else who appreciates their customers.

My 5 year old daughter has been sick the past couple of days, and I am out of the country, so I wanted to let her know I was thinking of her and wishing that she felt better. I ordered a cute "Bee Well" arrangement that comes with a bee dressed as a nurse. My daughter loved it, and she sounded a hundred times happier after receiving the flowers than she did when I talked to her prior. I ordered some daisies for my other daughter, so she wouldnt feel left out, but they were substituted with glaxinias. While they were pretty, I wish they couldve fulfilled the order with daisies, as I ordered them specifically because she is a Daisy Scout. Perhaps its the wrong time of year for daisies. At any rate, the quality of the flowers and the timeliness of the delivery were great, and I wont hesitate to order from them in the future.

The Flowerbox REALLY came through for me on a day when my wife could really use a special gift to lift her spirits. She was feeling blue, so I ordered flowers to be delivered to her at work. I placed my order just the night before. HOWEVER, at noon that morning my wife called me and said her boss was letting her go home early. In 30 minutes! She wouldnt be back to work for three days later, so the flowers I ordered would be thrown out, never seen. I called the Flowerbox and told them about it, they sent some right there immediately, and my wife got her flowers and was very happy. I saw them when I got home, and the roses were some of the most beautiful Ive ever seen up close, the arrangement and extras was excellent.

I sent birthday flowers to my sister. She loves "black" tulips (which are actually purple). I am a floral designer in Virginia, so I was unable to make her arrangement myself, but I made sure I was very clear that I wanted an arrangement of black tulips in a vase. I even ordered a month in advance to give them plenty of time to get the specific flowers. What my sister received really disappointed me. It looked like somebody had taken dark pink tulips and thrown them in a glass vase. They were flopping over the edge limply, and they were NOT the correct type of tulip. If that is what these florists call an arrangement, then Im Cleopatra. A HUGE waste of money and my sister was very disappointed on her birthday.

Very unprofessional. I ordered flowers for a new born and paid for next day express delivery. After 6 days and a few phone calls the flowers arrived. They reimburse the charge for express delivery and gave me a $50,- rebate for my next purchase (expires within 30 days). Sounded good at the beginning but after checking their website I noticed that everything is on sale ($40,-/rebate) every day. Which leaves me actual with a discount of $10,- that expires within 30 days. I came to the conclusion that this company is able to increase their sales by messing up previous orders.

Orderd flowers 3 days before delivery date,and include that my wife works till noon that day. talked to her coworkers around 11:45am and not there yet! 12pm not there yet! called thier shop and they couldnt tell what time they would get there. had to have coworkers stall her for almost an hour before they finaly arrived. oh yeah thier shop is in the same small town that my wife works in. for customer satifaction why couldnt they deliver hers first thing. JMO

I ordered flowers for my sister who was retiring and recovering from health problems. I called other florists in the area and not one of them understand what I wanted. I called the Flower Box and they knew exactly what I wanted. They are local to the area and I think that really helps. My sister loves the flowers. I have been using The Flower Box for years and have always been satisfied with their services. My mother always enjoys the arrangements and fresh flowers I send her. She has been given special care by them in describing how to care for some of the live plants I have sent her. Highly recommend them as providing that extra special touch in customer satisfaction.

Very disappointed. Lost order obviously as no flowers delivered for Mothers Day although I placed order on Thursday and gave credit card info. Luckily another shop, at Saturday 4:30pm was able to fill the order for the flowers and delivered them at 7:30 pm. Would never use this shop again as I called from Illinois and was not able to personally pick up an order.

Very rude people here... I needed a flower boutique here and I paid over $80 and it was late and my bosses surprise was ruined. The people here were rude as well I did not appreciate their attitudes. Never will come here again.

Flower Box in Wesley Chapel handles all of my floral needs. Great service, great flowers, great prices. Some of the friendliest people around ... even the older lady who appears to be scowling. No reason to go anywhere else.
