My daughter, who has exquisite taste, called and told me she had ordered flowers for me for Mothers day and that they would be delivered Saturday and suggested they call first before delivering. She told me to call her when they arrived. Well , by 4 pm Saturday I still had not heard from them so I called my daughter. She called the store only to be told she had not ordered any, where upon she produced her confirmation #. The very rude woman at the store kept checking and finally found the order and said there was a batch going out at 4 p.m. and her order was one of them.. When they arrived a couple of hours later, they were the ugliest "arrangement" I have ever received. To use the word "arrangement" is incorrect. They were a few flowers stuck in a glass vase! No babys breath or anything; a couple were almost dead and the 3 types of flowers did not seem to go together. For this you pay $75+ ?? You can go to Publix and get a lovely bunch of fresh flowers for $12, stick them in a vase and be way ahead of the game. Of course you would miss getting the rude attitude. This is my first negative review but I hope it saves someone some aggravation.

I would not recommend this business at all. I dont think theyve ever heard of the words or know the meaning of customer service. And looking at the other reviews on here I see Im not the only one. The only thing I can say they did right was show up with the flowers (eventually), and they werent on fire. I wanted to send my mother a nice get well bouquet after her surgery. $68.00 later and a day after they were supposed to be there. They finally arrived 8:30 at night. My parents recieved the flowers with a generous serving of attitude with it. This shop made no attempt at apologizing for failing to hold up their end of the business agreement or to my parents for showing up so late. A phone call to explain to your customers why the floral arrangement is held up or perhaps PERHAPS a refund for the delivery service you completely failed on. Nope. I was lucky we got anything at all. I didnt raise my voice on the phone. But be assured this review will be everywhere this business is mentioned. Never again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My bf pre-ordered flowers for valentines day from this shop. When he went to pick them up they did not have the order even though they called to confirm the spelling of the name on the order, which they ended up spelling wrong anyway. The "florist" if you could call her that, quickly threw together a bouquet. It looked nothing like the picture on the website and was missing one of the three flower arrangements that was part of the order. She placed bush trimmings in its place as "compensation". Despite the fact that one third of the bouquet missing, the arrangement looked like someone bought flowers from Publix and threw them in a cheap vase. When I called to speak with this florist whom happened to be the manager, she was very rude and hung up on me. Very poor product and worse customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Read the comments below about how bad the customer service is, the owner is extremely rude. I ordered flowers for a friends birthday which were never received. I sent two emails and left three voice mails to see why they werent received and never received a response. A MONTH later I finally was able to reach someone over the phone, it happened to be the owner who was extremely argumentative. She said she "didnt go to school for customer service" and she thinks what really happened was "my friend wasnt even in town." I told her that I had to spend another $100 with 1-800 flowers which I wouldnt have done if my friend "wasnt in town." The phone cut off and the owner hung up - convenient. A simple explanation would have been sufficient or even a returned email or phone call. An owner should not be rude or argumentative, its not professional.

Wow i thought that trying to find the perfect sweet,romantic, and kind gift to find for your wife was going to be hard but after going in for the first time shocked me!!!! The lady in there was so nice and sweet and she would give me the best advice or opinion when i was clueless on what to get her especially with all the catorgories of flowers she sure had it all. Theres been many of place that i visited and some were rude wanted to get you to buy the most expensive bouquet of floweres but no she was helpfull in so many ways and its going on my second time i visited and been happy ever since. Dont waiste your time if you feel like there not giving you any because at "the flower place they have all the time in the world to help you to make sure that your special occasion is special.

I ordered an $80 arrangement to be delivered on a Tuesday. Tuesday morning they called me to say the flowers have not arrived at the store yet. I told them that a Wednesday delivery wont work as the recepient would not be at that office but Thursday would be fine but it has to be delivered before 5pm. Well needless to say the flowers were delivered after 7pm and the recipient wont be back in the office for a week. The kicker is when I called them to let them know, they were rude and condinsending. Their customer service is none existing. If I would have got, "were sorry, I misunderstood you" Id be OK. But to be rude and disrespectful is not acceptable. I would like to review the flowers themselves but being I wont get to see what they look for for a week, the point is mute

The Flower Place will have my business for all my flower needs. I called not knowing exactly what I wanted, all I knew was I wanted and that was pretty much it. So Mona (the owner) was very patient and helpful. She suggested which flowers would look good together and which vase I should choose too. She was extremely nice, well mannered, helpful, patient, and basically a miracle worker. I need the arrangement delivered at a specific time and she got them there at the exact time I requested. I was just so amazed with how smoothly everything went. I WILL BE RETURNING TO THE FLOWER PLACE FOR ANY AND ALL OF MY FLOWER NEEDS. I would very highly recommend The Flower Place to everyone(friends, family, co-workers, and even strangers)!!! Thank you again for saving my day!!!!
