Elizabeth provides the WORSE customer service EVER!!!!! Dont waste your time here. Why are you rushing me out of the store when you NEVER have customers when I come in??? Also, very expensive place for NO REASON! I understand going here is about bargaining but why must I negotiate the same things with you every time I come! Pick a price and stick with it. Clearly the priority of this store is not about business or appearance. Plus, she always looks like shes about to apply or already got rejected from the strip club down the street! Worse smoke shop ever! Definitely never going back.

Horrible return exchange policy. Buyer beware. Dont buy from this place as they will deny your return or try to scam you with a 25% restock fee for unused non opened product. Dont believe me ... Dont say you were not warned. " I dont want to be responsible for your return" was said by the female employee to me after speaking with the owner.....Good luck and great job losing a customer.

The chick there was rude. We came to see about selling a couple of rings and she declared them fake on a phone call with someone else and just threw them back at me and my fiancè. And they dont even sell decent vape stuff. I was looking around thinking about buying something else until she was disgustingly rude. Not going back safe to say. Thanks a lot.

Dont waste your money here, I bought a bowl piece for $20 and the hole in the middle kept chipping a chunk at a time whenever i would clean it, within 2 weeks the hole was the size of the entire bowl! Sam clearly sells garbage to his customers. If I could i would give 0 stars.

The location is wrong on google witch is going to make u do a u-turn.. staff has no idea about any of the product they sell and their used.. all Chinese stuff u can grab online for lest then half the price.
