I used to buy all my waterpipes from this location, for a while they had a ton of really cool, quality pipes for reasonable prices. The woman who owns the store has always been really nice, when I would go to pick up some rolling papers shes let me look at pipes and answer my questions without a problem. Recently her son has been in charge of sales. I didnt have a problem with this until yesterday when my fiance and I were denied a sale. We went there looking for a new waterpipe or glass bowl that fit on top of the pipe because ours had broken and some wrapping papers. After looking at a few pipes we settled on just getting wrapping papers. My fiance referred to them as "Joint papers" which we have done in front of the woman and she kindly corrects us to protect herself and her business. her son on the other hand was incredibly rude and straight up refused to sell us anything (I feel it would have been different if we were to purchase the $130 glass pipe.) I have recommended this shop to many of my friends and i now regret that. I have bought at least five large water pipes from this location and now need another because mine broke but I definitely will not be returning. There are plenty of other smoke shops offering the same or similar products, the only reason i chose to give my business to S&M was because of the atmosphere. The way I was treated yesterday cost them a returning customer.

Great shop, good selection for any price range and service was great,i think if they sold cbd extracts that could be a great improvement. But all in all love the place and its down the road from my house so thats awesome,if youre in town and even only need rolling papers Id stop here
