We moved to this area about 5 months ago and have been trying out different shops to determine which one was going to end up being our go to place. We came to Smoke Time because I was looking to upgrade my vape and my husband was going to start his vaping lifestyle and needed to find a flavor that he was comfortable with. After spending almost $200 we left happy with our purchase due to the fact that not only was the sales girl very knowledgeable but the manager was helpful as well in offering us a discount due to our large purchase. My main reason for the 5 star is due to complete ignorance on MY part, after getting home I was convinced that they had not given me the box for my new vape, therefore not giving me the extra coil that it came with. I returned to the store and spoke with both the young lady that served me and the owner/manager. He gave me a new coil even though they were both adamant that I had taken my bag with the box in it. He then sold me two more batteries and a top of the line charger at a high discount. After returning home I learned that my husband found the bag that I was confident I had not received that we had placed in another bag! So embarrassed, but amazed and impressed with the customer service. We have now found our go to store for vape juice. BTW, they have LOTS of different juices to choose from and dont charge for you to try them. Fantastic customer service and because of that they have two vapers buying only from them going forward.

Apparently I didnt get to deal with the staff that everyone else has. The store is in a great location and its clean and well kept, but (some of?) the staff needs to be replaced. I came in today to buy a battery. The girl who was working didnt know very much about their supply. I find a battery that I want, she says its going to be $30, ok great. We go to ring up, there is a price sticker on the pen for $24.99. Im like, the sticker on the package says $24.99, can you honor that price? She says no, thats a whole sale price and if I want her to honor it, I need to buy 100 pens. I said, but the package says its $24.99. She then peels the sticker off the package and says its $30. I was like, you cant just peel the price sticker off and tell me its $5 more. So she takes the package and starts walking to the back, Im like where are you going? She says to get another package without a sticker because its such a big deal to me. I ended up purchasing the pen at $30 because I dont have time to deal with this BS. Im never going back here again. There are a ton of shops with the exact same merch and much friendlier staff who actually pretend to care. Previously had issues with staff being cold and unwelcoming but this took the cake.

Jaspers review was right on. This place looks very nice, but as nice as they look they provide horrible service. They are overpriced, the owner is arrogant. I had a problem which they would not fix, exchange, send back as defective, or anything else. You are subject the the owner or whoever helps you and their memory. I bought a Kanger tank that leaked and would not connect to my mod. They, of course, said it was something that I had done to my power supply. Once I proved to them it wasnt , then it was something I had done to the tank. They dont stand behind their products. The owner was helping me, once he saw I wasnt going to overpay for a new tank, he left me standing at the counter and said the girl who knew nothing would help me. Then if I picked something out shed have to go in back t ask him what to charge me. He wanted $40 for the Atlantis Tank that Vapor Life across the street was selling for $25. They will be out of business soon enough. Those who left positive reviews need to shop around or buy over the internet.

Smoke Time is a really unique Smoke shop. As a long time costumer I can say they have it all and are not afraid too order out for you if it is not in their inventory. Whether your on a quest for glass tobacco , vape or something new like hemp 2 o or sippin syrup they have everything. The best part is the staff is not robotic they are flexible on price they have good sound opinions they give you the feeling like your talking to a owner or family. Try this smokeshop they will make you feel like family, they will point you in the right direction they will give you a fair value at the hottest location. If there was a Mecca of Smoke n vape shops smoke time club would be it. Before I got through the door I was amazed already this shop surpassed my expectations and it doesnt seem too stop.

Dont waste your time coming here, the staff is beyond terrible! I called ahead to ask if they carried a specific coil, and was told by Mike they carried it. I drove 20 minutes out to this shop and they didnt even have the coil, and the staff could not have been less empathetic...... He didnt even pull out the coil for the correct pen after I had called ahead and told him which make and model i was looking for and told him again while I was in the store. Not sure about the rest of the staff, but Mike clearly knows nothing about the products hes selling and does not care about his customers. Youd be better off going to your local 7/11 than trying to buy anything in an informed manner from this place.

***Buyer Beware!!!*** Smoke Time Club doesnt stand by their products and will not give a refund for defective items (which were obviously used before I got them). My complaint has been submitted with the Better Business Bureau and USAA Fed Bank. If you choose to purchase from Smoke Time, I suggest you do it with a credit/debit card so the transaction can be disputed and you can get your money back when they kick you out of the store for giving them a chance to improve their customer service responsibilities and eradicate fraudulent business practices.

This is by far the best smoke shop in sunrise, Tamarac, or Coral Springs. Been to them all, & none of the prices can be compared to here. Not only is their prices awesome but their customer service is superior. My mom bought a vape here too & they accommodated her concerns & fixed them all free of charge. I just bought a bowl today & they gave me almost $10 off just for being a returning customer. They take care of you here why would you go anywhere else? Defiantly check them out before wasting your time somewhere else! Thanks guys!

This is a nice smoke shop in Lauderhill,which is near Tamarac and Sunrise, FL. I like the location, out west off University drive. I went there when I noticed they opened. The shop is clean and well stocked with glass pipes, water pipes, smoking accessories, vaporizer pens, juice, papers, the works! The woman working the counter was kind and knowledgeable and the pricing was fair, got a very nice piece for under $40 and am very happy with it!
